Bask in the spectacular surroundings of this large, 1,416 sq. ft. condo! It boasts partial ocean views at the small 18 unit Lanikai Resort, which sits just a few steps from Lae Nani Beach in the Wailua area of Kauai! This quiet and private condo has a peaceful lanai where you can eat breakfast each morning, air conditioning in each of the main-size bedrooms which each have their own private bathrooms. A shared, heated, year-round, saltwater oceanfront pool is just 65 steps away where you can sunbathe, dine, and soak in incredible views of the coast. The condo has a large, well-equipped, and newly remodeled kitchen and a full-size washer/dryer.

This condo is centrally located with easy access to the island. It is in an extremely walkable area, and sits within steps of Lae Nani Beach and the warm Pacific Ocean. You'll be a short walk down the beach from oceanfront happy hours and top restaurants on Kauai. On the east coast so you can easily drive to any part of the island, 20 miles south to Poipu, or head 25 miles north to Hanalei's beautiful beaches and rugged landscapes.

Terrific location

This condo was excellent in terms of location and amenities. The pool overlooks the ocean and itā€™s close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and more! We enjoyed our time.

Walking Distance to everything you need

Excellent property in Ka'paa

Flawless experience - from check-in to checkout, everything went smoothly. Nice welcoming gifts as well. Very well stocked with kitchen items, very clean and comfortable, and quiet. We had an excellent stay.

Quiet Comfort

Property was quiet and extremely well maintained with an onsite manager who was always available. With the addition of our own pantry basics, the condo had all the comforts we could want..The salt water pool was a big hit!

Relaxing stay

It was easy to get to. Near restaurants and grocery stores. It was right on the beach so you could always hear the ocean. It wasn't a good ocean swimming area for my 70 year old Mom, but the pool was easy t get to and she was able to swim once or twice a day. The other residents and visitors were kind and friendly.

Fabulous location - easy to make your way around the island from this condo. The pool was the perfect temp and beach access was easy peasy. You can even take the public access trail through the adjoining condos and head down to a longer stretch of beach - donā€™t be afraid to explore! Wouldnā€™t hesitate to stay at this location again :)

We really enjoyed our time there. Beautiful inside and out. Right next to the ocean either a pool looking over it. Everything you next to cook or BBQ is Equipped in the house. Great restaurants and shops are right down the street

Lovely condo & great location!

We had a great stay and the condo was spacious and lovely. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with an induction cooktop. We ate our meals at the table on the patio with a view of the ocean. There were also beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards for our use. Highly recommended!

Condo in Paradise

This condo has everything you would ever want for a vacation in Kauai!! The kitchen is very well equipped, including a blender for your adult beverages. The beds were very comfortable pillows were wonderful. There is even equipment for snorkeling and noodles for the pool.!! I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Quiet And peaceful

We loved Kauai and our condo at Lanikai. We were on the ground floor, so convenient for going to the pool, which was just steps away. You can see the ocean from the pool. Grounds are well kept and very clean. Walking distance to restaraunts. Would like to go back one day.

Beautiful property! Great location!

This is one of the cleanest, classiest rentals Iā€™ve ever booked. It was absolutely immaculate. There was a lovely hospitality gift for us that was above and beyond expectations. The property is so quiet. The location is centrally located on the island so it is easy to visit all the attractions (and itā€™s near Safeway!). I really canā€™t say enough good things!

A Little Slice of Heaven

This was the perfect place. Peaceful, Beautiful & Affordable The accommodations were great. Had everything u needed. The views were excellent. The residents were so friendly & helpful. The beach area was perfect, private. Not a lot of people taking up space. The location is great, central to everything. We have found our place in Kauai that will we always go back to. Donā€™t wait, book now

This property and the condominium are lovely. The location is fabulous. We usually stay in Poipu but Kapaa was better. The property is small and private. The condo is on the bottom floor so you can just walk out of the condo and enjoy the pool, the BBQ, and the beach without going down stairs. The condo has been completely updated. The kitchen, and really, the entire condo is well stocked. We will definitely return.

Winter break to beauty

There is not a more beautiful setting on Kauai than Lani Kai. It is quiet and serene and yet so convenient to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. This condo has been beautifully remodeled and outfitted with all the amenities one could ask for. We started each day watching the sunrise from the perfect ocean front viewing point, followed by a walk along the public walking path that runs for miles along the ocean before beginning our dayā€™s activities. Iā€™m already dreaming of our next visit.

Can't wait to return!

This condo was everything and more that we hoped it would be. The pictures do not do it justice. It's open, clean, and very airy inside. A benefit to being in the side yard is that there's more privacy when spending time on the patio. It is also walking distance to one of the best baby pools on the island and made it so easy, and fun, to spend time at the beach with our 2 year old each day. We will absolutely be returning in the future!

Great location and nice condo.

The condo was centrally located and there was a great bakery nearby and the Coconut Market Place. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV but thatā€™s because we arenā€™t used to it. I got Covid so spent more time in the condo than I planned. My husband was able to get what we needed nearby. I would definitely come back!
