52 Lands End is situated perfectly on the point where Braddock cove meets the Calibogue Sound and Intracoastal Waterway. The screened-in porch and open deck are great vantage points for watching dolphins, pelicans, shrimp boats headed out for a fresh catch and so much more.

Two of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor. The primary suite is located on the first floor with a king bed, private en suite with double vanity, walk-in shower and a soaking tub. There is access to the screened porch from the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to a hall bathroom. On the second floor are the additional two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a king bed, water views, a private bath with double vanities, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on the second floor.

Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; 1 pass per car is $17/week.

**Lands End Will Only Permit 2 Cars**

Hilton Head Sea Pines rentals are located in the Sea Pines Plantation, Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Hilton Head Island that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers, there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, and a broad range of shops and restaurants that will please every vacationer.

**Fireplace is not for guest use.**

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
