A well appointed and thought out house made our stay a delight. The check-in process was a breeze and the host was appropriately communicative. Location in Sea Pines provided great access to everything we wanted to do during our stay. We would stay again and recommend.

10 Pender exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were bigger than they appear on the site pictures. The kitchen was a dream to cook in. It definitely feels like a home rather than a sterile property with no character. Will hopefully be able to stay here for many years to come.

A great place to stay with the family

This was our 2nd time staying here and we love the house and the location. Its central to Seapines, and easy to bike everywhere. We cant wait to come back

Wedding vacation

Our family stayed in Sea Pines for the first time ever and it was excellent . The home was beautiful and well maintained , we highly recommended this property .

Awesome home

We have been going to Sea Pines for Christmas for years. By far, the nicest property that we’ve stayed at.

Really great house for our family. Pool size was great and the hosts are really helpful. The layout of the house was really the best we’ve had in the 7 years we have been staying in SeaPines. We had a total of 8, 4 adults 4 kids and it was perfect.

HHI Greatness

We’ve stayed at many properties in Sea Pines and this is one of our favorites. The layout of the house is perfect for a vacation, maximizing the space with teenagers that want their own room and bathroom. The location was great for not being something tight on the beach - not too far from anything. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful few weeks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful few weeks on HHI in April. The home was perfect for our family and very well equipped in the house as well as outside. We loved the location that was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to beach and we loved riding our bikes everywhere. A couple of suggestions would be to have more towel racks/bars in the bathrooms as towels don't dry well on hooks. We did have an issue with the spa our first weekend, but management was very responsive (even on Easter Sunday) in getting it taken care of. Highly recommend this home for your next trip!

The only thing that was frustrating was the cable television, which was listed on the offering, the tech had to come 3 times to get ESPN. We missed all of Sunday NFL games but we got it for Monday night football. Otherwise the stay was perfect!!!

Family Fall vacation

My family with adult kids and grandkids always take a beach fall vacation together. This house was perfect. Hilton Head is far enough south to be warm in Oct. The house has bee recently gutted and remodeled. It is beautiful and new like in side with 4 large bedroom suites. each with very nice bathrooms. The kitchen is a cooks dream with all new commercial appliances tied in with a large great room for all of the family. There is plenty of gathering and dining space. Out back is a nice area with a pool, spa, grill and dining area with a ceiling fan and large screen tv. It was perfect for our family, no need un-met.
