Casa Del Mar is a beautiful Key West-style home featuring 4 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms. This property is located on the north end of Holmes Beach close to shopping, restaurants and trolley stops. Best of all, this unit is within walking distance to the white sandy beaches. Amenities also include heated pool, washer/dryer, cable TV, high-speed internet, A/C, BBQ grill, and more. This home has a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and luxurious bedrooms, This home is turnkey furnished in beautiful island decor.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.

Great property and location. Just wish the pool was a little larger, and clean! My husband was trying to clean out the pool everyday. We also got eaten alive outside....maybe some tiki torches with repellent. I know it's buggy in Florida, we spend the entire winter here, but just a thought so others can enjoy the pool area more! Also, back deck and rail litte sketchy with baby. Our stay was great otherwise! Great stocked kitchen with essentials. Nice garage space for our electric bikes, and jogging stroller! Loved location...close to everything in AMI.

The Casa Del Mar was very spacious, clean & the rooms were very comfortable. The house was open & spacious. We enjoyed the front balcony porch. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating & checked in to make sure everything was ok with us.

Really great house and great location. The backyard and the pool are a little lacking, so if you have kids that want to be able to swim in the pool, this would not be the house for you. We had a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but SeaBreeze Vacation company took care of both issues right away. The location of the house is great, it is right off the main Gulf Drive, so getting anywhere is super easy, but there is really nothing within walking distance. If you don't have your own vehicle, would recommend getting a golf cart for the week, just because nothing is really walkable. Beautiful island, beautiful beaches, best laid back vacation spot. Would definitely stay here again and again and again.

The house was clean and ready for us to stay! It had homey décor that made us feel like we were home. Location is close to the beach which we took advantage of every day! Definitely book a golf cart! That helped us get around a lot!

We had a great stay at Casa Del Mar! It is in a good location! Two garages, large refrigerator, Master bed was comfortable. the pool was small but the perfect size for our little kids. Bring your bug spray if sitting poolside!

We loved everything about our stay. The only thing we noticed was the upstairs was extremely hot, the air stayed at 80 the whole week. Downstairs was cool and wonderful! We look forward to booking with Seabreeze again!

Perfect Family Getaway with Great Location

House was amazing , location was great for the northern and middle part of the island ! The southern part was still only a short 8 minute drive ( golf cart ) ! We loved the house for our family perfect , any concerns I may have had were meet and answered with quick and great service ! Would not hesitate to rent again ! Pool is slightly smaller than the pictures show but still very accommodating for 8 ( 6 adults 2 children) ! Highly recommend if you want to relax and enjoy Anna Marie's island !!!

Enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Mar

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Mar. we loved cooking out and having the pool available to hop in any time. It was amazingly quiet in the neighborhood. The two car garage was convenient and we had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer worked very well. We enjoyed riding our bikes the short distance back and forth to the beach.

Wonderful Beach Trip

We had such a wonderful time!! The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The beach is a short golf cart ride and the pool at the house is so refreshing after a day at the beach. Sea Breeze made check in and check out easy. They were in constant contact to ensure the home was ready for us and to contact them if we needed additional items. We would love to visit Anna Maria Island again.

Beautiful Home and Ideal for a Relaxing Stay

Beautiful home, the trolley stop is just steps away.Very quiet,private back yard. Nicely landscaped. Pool was very relaxing after shopping all day. Everything in the house was just perfect. Plenty of pots and pans to cook a meal. Plenty of room.Nice big table for all to sit at. It was just what we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Overall stay was amazing

Casa Del Mar is a beautiful home and located in a perfect location. Very spacious areas thru out the entire home. We were 8 and house never felt crowded. Kitchen is big and spacious, perfect to make home cooked meals. Beach access is just a 5 minute walk and just a few minute golf cart ride to Pine Ave area and pier. We would recommend staying at this property and we plan to staying here again next year!

Wonderful family beach vacation house

We are thrilled with this rental. We traveled to Anna Maria island with 3 adult children, 2 partners and 1 grandbaby. The house had lots of space and comfortable seating for all. The walk to the beach really was just 6 minutes and the wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, etc were all in great shape. The heated pool was also perfect for our family to cool off in. The kitchen was well stocked with all implements needed to prepare meals. We also enjoyed relaxing on the 2 ample balconies. We definitely hope to rent this house again

Thanksgiving trip

The house was nice and it provided the space we needed for thanksgiving. Some of the beach chairs needed to be thrown out, the rust of the chairs stained multiple guests suits. Also shower head in master suit needs to be replaced as well to fit this price point of rental. But over all a very nice rental

Not a Good Experience

If you have mobility issues there are stairs everywhere. If not, property was very clean and location pretty good. One mattress and futon mattress are bad. Did not use the washing machine because it reeked of mold. Pool area gets very little sunlight. Rental Agency - whether you are the agency or a vendor of the agency you are responsible to the customer. The AC unit was working fine and I am told the the entire HVAC unit is going to be replaced on Thursday and the work will be all on the outside with very little inside. Let me tell you what actually happened: Work was 50% inside the house 1.PVC glue (instant headache) throughout the house and my bedroom was by the unit. 2. Soldering in the house that set off every single fire alarm on two occasions. 3. The unit was by the bedroom and bathroom and therefore not very passable with all the work. 4. The NEW AC did not function that very night and again repeated communication with the agency. Let me remind you the AC was working fine. The agency was dismissive and condescending. I will never use Sea Breeze again or recommend Sea Breeze. I am a long time VRBO customer. We are homebodies and just want to relax at our rental while on vacation.

The place was super clean and convenient to everything AnnaMaria has to offer. The only complaints I have are the mattresses are way to hard. Felt like I was sleeping on a board. The trash can in the kitchen needs replaced. Narrow cylinder type. Taking trash out was an unnecessary pain. Cheap bags would snag and tear. Please get a full size trash can.

Great place, great location

The house was really nice and well equipped. The pool was great for kids as it was shallow throughout. The master bed could be a king, but Other than that, it was really nice. It was a great addition to have some beach toys and chairs with the wagon that we could use, that was a nice and lovely addition. We would definitely stay again!
