We are thankful and happy to share this beautiful condo and awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico with our guests. The patio is exactly five steps from one of the two large outdoor pools, one is heated (seasonal). In the courtyard and pool area, you'll find a large gazebo, charcoal grills, well-manicured landscaping, and a boardwalk leading to the glistening white sandy beach.
"Just Right - 2" is a first-floor condo so loading, and unloading is no hassle. It's only a few feet from the parking to the door and there is a cart available.
This three-bedroom condo features two master suites each with a king bed and a private bath with tub and shower combo.
The third bedroom also has a private bath with a tub and shower combo, an over-under bunk with two plush full-size beds, and an adjacent twin bed.
The master suite and the family room have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling glass doors overlooking the pool and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico white sandy beaches.
There are TVs/DVDs in all the bedrooms and a big screen in the living area all with 200+ cable channels. Password-protected, high-speed, wireless WI-FI is available throughout the condo.
The kitchen is complete with all major appliances. New electric range, a fully programmable dishwasher, a large over-the-stove microwave, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, glasses, and serving pieces. Small appliances include a waffle iron, coffee station, blender, toaster, and cookware. There is a full complement of silverware and cutlery.
We purchased "Just Right 2" in late November of 2018 and immediately began renovating and decorating. You will be among the first to enjoy all new furnishings, linens, beach towels, new paint throughout, new hard floors, and new window treatments among other amenities. The dining area has seating for six at the table in addition to seating for four at the adjacent bar. You are also welcome to use the child's high-chair, the Pack-and-Play, pool toys, and the new big-wheel beach wagon and beach chairs.
The spacious patio has plenty of room for relaxing or soaking up some rays. It is "Just Right - 2 for family fun. A great place to greet the day with coffee or a smoothie and to plan your day of birding, biking, beaching, fishing, shelling, or just relaxing and doing nothing. A fantastic place to read, nod off and enjoy an afternoon nap. We love it because we can sit on the balcony and watch the young ones having a great time in the pool and being only steps away. And, Dauphin Island is the Sunset Capital with no better view of the planet than from the "Just Right" patio.
