BEACHFRONT, POOLSIDE for TWO POOLS, 3-BDRMS/3-BATHS, SLEEPS 8. PERFECT GETAWAY!

Family getaway, ladies' retreat or, a guys' get-together, "Just Right 1" is perfect. Our family loves this three-bedroom, three-bath condo for those and many other occasions and we know you will too.
The open kitchen/dining/living area flows onto an extra-large patio. Both the living area and master bedroom feature floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening to the patio and overlooking the pool and courtyard. The patio has a new dining set seating six, a separate conversation area for four and, a patio closet with floats and beach toys. The patio is only five steps from the pool and a few more steps to the beach boardwalk or the charcoal grills.
We love the convenience of relaxing on the patio while being near, if needed, by kiddos in the pool. We have great memories of one of us watching over the children while another starts lunch, never far from hearing the happy laughter of our family having a wonderful time.
"Just Right 1" had a complete remodel recently: paint, flooring, granite countertops, and furnishings. Each bedroom has a full bath! The master bedroom has a king bed, a large bathroom with a bubble-jet tub, a separate shower, a separate water closet, and a double sink vanity. The middle bedroom has two full beds and a private full bath. The front bedroom has a queen bed and also has a private full bath. All beds have new, name-brand, quality mattresses.
There is also a new high-chair and a new Pack-And-Play.
Enjoy gated, secure parking, and when unloading/loading, there are no steps or elevators to deal with.
Got more family and friends? We would love to share our adjacent condo "Just RIght 2" which sleeps ten.
"Just Right 1 & 2," with front doors and patios only a few feet apart sleeps a total of 16.
There's no better way for family and friends to be together in a world of happiness on a beach of beauty!

Every thing was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay very much. The inclusion of beach toys and chairs was a plus, and as someone that cooks several meals on vacation I appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was.

Great Location

We loved being right by the pool and you really could not hear people playing in the pool once the condo doors were closed. The condo was very nice, roomy, and clean. The only negative was the distance to the beach. While it is beach front in the sense there is nothing between the condo and beach (aside from sand), it is a very long walk to the beach. You could not hear the beach from the condo.

Fishing and beach

We had a wonderful time! Sherrie was so much help and very friendly. Accommodationd were beautiful. Pool was right outside the door. Beach was a short walk away. Perfect!

Fall break 2024

We booked last minute and so glad we did. The property is gated, safe, and very clean. Two pools right off the patio was awesome with kids. The condo was huge with plenty of space for 4 kids and 2 adults to spread out. Communication with Sherrie was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation

Great beach trip for families. Sherri was wonderful to work with. She was prompt with any questions or concerns we had. The condo is nicely decorated (almost too nice for my three little kids 😂). The location was great. We were able to send the oldest out to swim in the pool while the littles napped and we were right there. The only semi complaint I have (and it’s not really a complaint) is that the beach is really long.but the condo had a wagon and beach toys there to make it easier. We would 100% stay here again.

Vacation with the grandkids

So Clean & a Perfect Getaway

We had the best time my family of 6 staying at the “Just Right 1.” My wife & I are both quite picky when it comes to cleanliness & it was clean beyond our expectations. You can tell that the owners really care about their guests & we benefitted from their attention to details & accommodations. We hope to visit again!!!

Just Right 1 was the Right Place!!!

We loved our stay at this condo! The place was spotless and beautiful. It had all the essentials and more. Sherri was the greatest host and helped us with any questions we had. Highly reccomend this property!

Gorgeous Condo on a cozy island

Sherrie was wonderful to work with! She was very communicative about our stay and very friendly. The condo is beautiful. The finishes are nice, the kitchen is well stocked and there beds are very comfortable!

Perfect week away from the office

Sherrie gave us such good ideas and preparation that we knew exactly what to expect with the condo and the island. It did not disappoint. Any issues or things we came across, Sherrie was extremely responsive. Walk right out to the pool was perfect for our boys who became fish this week!

Home away from home

Walking into the the condo was amazing. It was very clean and even bigger than I had imagined. The kids were happy with their spaces and the master bed/bathroom was lovely. The beds were very comfy! The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. The living space was comfy and had plenty of places for us to get cozy. The dinning table was nice and long with plenty of seating. Sherrie was quick and easy to get ahold of. And answered all of my questions very fast! She was even accommodating at check out when a big storm came through. (Thank you!!) The patio set was wonderful for drinking early morning coffee and overall just spending time outside. The pool is literally just beyond the patio gate, and was a big hit! We enjoyed letting our 9 year old swim whenever he wanted. Just past the pool is the boardwalk to the beach. The beach is a couple hundred steps but it was made easier with a cart that Sherrie provided. The beach towels/toys/beach gear was a wonderful add on! We would definitely stay here again. The access to the pool/beach right out the patio was just right for our family. A few tips: Check hours of stores. Most close early Renting a golf cart or bikes would make for a fun way to get around the island Check out the west end of the island for the best sunset and shells Buy groceries off the island Thank for such a wonderful home away from home for us to spend a week making memories to last for a life time!

Steps from the pool + Beachfront

We loved this unit! Steps away from both a heated pool and the boardwalk that leads to the beach. This condo has so many extras available to renters from Tupperware and other kitchen supplies to beach items. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing short of perfection

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The property was very nicely appointed and extremely clean which is huge for me. Communication was fabulous with the owners too. We will recommend + be back.

Family vacation

My husband and I brought our adult children and our 7 week old grandbaby. It was a beautiful condo- immaculate, clean and very well kept. Besides the fact that the beach is so beautiful, peaceful and private, the condo was fully stocked. Chairs, umbrella, pack and play, beach toys, wagon, beach towels. It was a perfect place for our peaceful relaxing vacation. We would definitely go back!

Perfect spot!

My family (husband, four kids, and myself), had a great time in Dauphin Island. The condo was decorated well and was so CLEAN! It was very spacious and h had everything we needed. It’s also very close to a couple of restaurants and a delish ice cream shop! Would definitely stay again.

We began visiting Dauphin Island while homeschooling our children and taking them on field trips to the Dauphin Island Sea Lab. We love the Island and visit at every opportunity. Only now, it is with our grandchildren.

The Beach Club condos, Just Right 1 and Just Right 2, are totally different than vacationing in a high-rise condo. Step off your patio and you are at the pool. No steps, no elevators, no plastic key-cards to dip. Same goes for accessing the beach boardwalk or charcoal grilling area.
However, the complex is gated and a code is required for entrance.
There are two pools (one seasonally heated). Between the pools is a large shaded gazebo for friends and family who like to be near the fun but are not sun worshippers.
There are plenty of pool lounge chairs but if you want to bring your own, bring it on. You are welcome to lounge poolside or on the large grassy area in the courtyard or near the charcoal grilling area. Yep, real grass between your toes, like walking out in beautiful backyard with two great big pools and a gazebo. We love it!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Park in a gated area, grab a cart and unload without the hassle of steps or elevators. From the parking area to the front door is only a few feet.
There is a fully stocked kitchen with a large number of small appliances, quality cookware and serving pieces.
Across the street (within walking distance) are several places to eat including Rainbow Pizza and the Islander.
