DETAILS: This cozy Rosemary Beach cottage features a spacious lot, beautiful interiors, and lots of natural light. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this home offers wonderful accommodations for 8 guests.

Expansive outdoor porches and an elegant cottage façade welcome guests to this gorgeous property. Inside, an open-concept floorplan joins the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The well-appointed living room boasts a plush sectional sofa, a large mounted flat-screen television, and a built-in daybed nook. The nearby dining area offers seating for 8 guests. In the chef's kitchen, premium stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry create a wonderful place to prepare family meals.

On the second floor are two beautiful queen bed guest bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms. The home's final bedroom is the beautiful third-floor primary bedroom. Guests in this suite will enjoy the ultra-private accommodations and the luxurious king bed.

Expansive porches on both the first and second floors provide breezy spaces to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. - Coquina Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Sky Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 6 am to 10 pm (Adult Only Hours, 6 am-9 am & 8 pm-10 pm)
- Cabana Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Barbados Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Long Weekend Trip

Very quiet and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. Our two boys had plenty of room to hang out and throw around a football and baseball in the expansive side yard. I would recommend this property.

Peaceful respite

We enjoyed our stay. The lodgings were quiet, pretty and well-located. As a reader, I lived to bedeoom with all the windows. And, my daughter lived the bed nook on the main floor.

Celebrating Mom

My brother and I, along with our spouses, treated our mother and our dad to a week at the beach. The house was just the right size for our group.

Summer 2024

Enjoyed our stay at this house. First floor has a nice open layout. The nook was a great additional spot to lounge. Enjoyed the large backyard. The management team was responsive to our requests for early checkin and help with freezer. The starter items in the kitchen were great for cleaning items but the olive oil and seasoning g was great. Really liked having sunscreen and aloe Vera in the bathroom sets too.

Beautiful but!!!!

The property was beautiful. Unfortunately, the house had a musty smell and a lot of fruit flies. The first night my son and daughter-in-law went to wait for me outside on the hammock in the back yard which was attached to a dead tree. And they both fell. My son was injured with a laceration and a knot on his head and my daughter-in-law had a huge contusion on her leg we were there for a wedding and at the party that evening my so was told not to drink incase he had a concussion?. I reached out to 360 blue. They were closed. I reached out the next day. I did not get a response. I reached out the next day. And had a property manager come inspect the property and he said how dangerous it was that the hammock was attached to a dead tray. I said you think? I then had to follow up four times to get any kind of feedback on my children’s injuries and my stay. Other than that I thought the property is beautiful. Also, they said there were three bikes on property and there were actually four. We fixed the fourth one. It was not maintained. I would say they have to do a better inspection of the property s d amenities and step up the customer support!

Fixer Upper in a Great Location

The house was sort of a “fixer upper” that was not generally in good shape. Peeling paint, overgrown bushes, broken wood pieces, poor gutters that create a constant and dangerous puddle on the main front porch entry for most of our stay, etc. Cleaning was delayed and we were finally let in 45 minutes after check in. Outside trash area was a mess. Damaged my SUV attempting to park in the one space provided in which you have to literally drive the left side of the car into a huge, untrimmed bush. Our first visit to Rosemary and it was great, but I would avoid this house.

Great house, not clean

This house fit 3 couples comfortably. We love Rosemary, the neighborhood, and short walks to everything we needed. Unfortunately this house was not clean when we arrived and we had to spend a few hours cleaning it. I sent several unanswered emails to 360 Blue and the Hospitality app did not help with communication. If you want to get something done, you need to call during business hours and have time to wait to speak someone. We’ve stayed at multiple other Rosemary properties with different rental companies and never experienced a dirty house or communication issues.

November 2019 Stay

This house was a good value for the money. It had plenty of space for 7 people (5adults, 2 children). The yard was nice to have since the weather was so nice and the location was convenient to the town, tennis and the beach. The two bedrooms on the 2nd floor were very nice and the porches were great. However, the master was not a true master. It was just an upstairs room. There was very little space to walk around the bed and the bathroom was just ok. There wasn’t anywhere to hang clothes. The only hanging bar was low to the ground so any adult clothes touched the ground. The cleanliness wasn’t great. I had to re-wash all of the bedding on the daybed downstairs when we got there and the main level floor left everyone’s feet black. The kitchen was well stocked, however non stick cookware was very scratched and you need to bring some sort of all purpose cleaner to be able to keep it clean. The management company was very helpful and made everything very easy. It was a very good stay overall.
