This is a fabulous luxury vacation home in the lovely private gated community of Water's Edge, adjacent to Rosemary Beach. This gorgeous vacation home is on the south side (beach side) of 30a, located 35 yards from the beach stairs. This subdivision has only 34 homes, which allows for the low density private beach access. Vie De Mer is a 5+Bedroom, 5 1/2 bath vacation home with over 3,200 square feet. It is a 3-level private home with office and media room. Beautiful hardwood and tile floors throughout. It is outfitted with high speed wireless internet and flat screen tvs. All beds (to include the bunk beds!) have overhead reading lights for those who enjoy reading in bed.

The main floor boasts a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel Dacor appliances, double refrigerators, 5 burner gas cooktop, and double ovens with warming drawer. The open floor plan makes entertaining easy with a dining room table for eight, a bar area that seats five, and a games table that seats six. Relax in front of the 55-inch LED flat-screen TV. A powder room is located just off of the foyer.

Stroll out to the private courtyard and enjoy one of the largest pools in the neighborhood which has a state-of-the-art non chlorinated (saline) cleaning system. The pool has a water fall. Bask in the Florida sun poolside, or take a short 35 yard stroll down to the beach stairs which lead you to the beautiful white sandy beach.

This home has 3 master suites! The first master bedroom is a large bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom which is outfitted with a granite counter. Located on the first floor, it is especially nice for anyone with reduced mobility concerns. All bathrooms have a bench seat and a safety bar in the showers.

The main master bedroom on the second floor is unbelievable! This large bedroom with king bed has a private porch that overlooks the pool, an expansive bathroom with granite countertops, double vanities, soaking tub w/hand shower, and separate shower with dual shower heads.

Another second floor master is also fabulous, especially with the lovely Gulf views from the bedroom and its huge private wrap around porch. It has a king bed and a seating area. The bathroom has granite double vanities, soaking tub with hand shower and shower with dual shower heads.

For the younger crowd we have a fantastic bunk room on this floor that has two bunk beds, each with twin over full sized beds, that will accommodate six people. It has its own private bathroom.

A full sized dedicated laundry room with extra large capacity front loading washer/dryer is on this level. It has ample storage space, a sink and plenty of room to sort and fold laundry.

The second floor also has a private office which is multi-functional, as it can be used as a quiet reading space, work area, or nursery/young child's sleeping area. This room has a twin over twin bunk bed as well and serves as a second bunk room if required. A Pack-n-Play is available for your use (please bring your own sheets for that). This is a great place to put a baby as it's right next door to one of the master bedrooms.

The third floor bedroom has two queen size beds with a semi-private bathroom. The adjacent media room is a hit with kids and adults! It has a 55' LED flat panel TV. Both rooms have access to a huge wraparound deck with views of the Gulf and Rosemary Beach. The media room is a perfect place to wind down at the end of the day with appetizers and drinks; it has a small kitchen with a full refrigerator, sink, dishwasher drawer, and Advantium microwave oven. No need to go downstairs for food and drinks! Store it and prepare it in on the third floor and enjoy the view while you entertain family and friends on the large wraparound deck with breathtaking views of the Gulf and Rosemary Beach! There is a full size pull out couch in the media room.

The gated community provides privacy and serenity for a relaxing vacation, yet is conveniently located within a 3-minute walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants, coffee shop, boutiques, and spa. There is a 17-mile walk/bike path located just outside our entrance, and a Tom Fazio golf course is just a mile away. Fishing, sailing and kayaking are also available locally. Rosemary Beach has tennis courts and a fitness center that can be accessed for a fee. The Publix food store is only about a 5-minute car ride east on 98. Right outside our gate across on 30A is Sundries, a mini grocery which is incredibly convenient. The outdoor shopping area in Panama City, called Pier Park, is a 10-minute drive east on 98. Pier Park has numerous restaurants and stores, and a state-of-the-art movie cinema. Seaside is 7 miles west, and the Sandestin Outlet Mall, Silver Sands, is about 20 miles west.
