This home is eight miles from Sunday River Ski Resort and only two from town. Walk to the Androscoggin River or explore portions of the Appalachian Trail within 20 miles from home! Ride mountain bikes through Grafton Notch State Park or plan a day trip to South Portland just 74 miles away!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean and Convenient to Sunday River

Clean home close to Sunday River. So nice to be able to have a cozy place to enjoy home -cooked meals after skiing all day. Bonus to be able to have our dogs with us. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house in perfect location

We loved our stay here. It’s minutes from downtown Bethel and everything at Sunday River. The house had plenty of room and the fenced yard was great for our dogs. We had everything we needed and felt comfortable.

February vacation delight

The property was perfect for our vacation. Spacious and comfortable. The house had all the amenities required and it was an ideal location for us, has a pretty sunset view over the mountains out the kitchen windows. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation.

Spacious and comfortable house. Only 8 miles from Sunday River. Stayed with my 2 kids and will stay again if up in the area.

Great Spot for Skiing weekend

House had plenty of room, great kitchen and sitting area and super easy (15min) to Sunday River for skiing, 5 min to town of Bethel. Would most definitely rent again. Property manager was very attentive. Great pre-stay messages and quick availability during the stay.

Great location ion and so clean!

About 1 mike to historic Bethel and 15-20 min to Sunday river ski resort. This house is the cleanest rental I have ever been in. Great little amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, candies) very clear instruction and depiction of home, and so great that it was pet friendly. Would highly recommend

Bethel winter getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 4 adults, a six year old and 2 dogs. The kitchen was very well equipped and roomy, the beds were comfortable and the living space was spacious. The fenced in back yard was perfect for the dogs. Fantastic hiking nearby. We would definitely stay here again. However, we had to contact Vacasa a couple times and their call center was very difficult to deal with. We couldn’t get into the house with the codes they sent until a local staff person got involved. The local people were helpful.

Good overall

The house was clean. However, we did have issues with the heat and hot water on the first night. Local staff was very responsive and fixed the problem the next day, they also refunded us for the first night which was very nice! The kitchen was equipped with pans and pots but only two rolls of paper towels and two tablets for the dishwasher, no spices or oil. Overall good and only 11 minutes form Sunday River mountain.

Great base camp for skiing at Sunday River

What a great property! We have two kids under 10 and two dogs, and the layout of the place was great for our needs. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with cooking pots, pans, utensils, etc. Great setup for cooking ! Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was excellent after a long hard day of skiing. Would highly recommend this place, and would definitely come back!

Great stay in Bethel

Overall a great experience! As it was our first time at this property, communication with the property owner via Vacasa felt a bit too automated, but on arrival checking in was easy, we had everything we needed, and checkout was a snap. We now know what to expect the next time! Would stay here again in a heartbeat, any season!

Clean comfortable and private

We loved that our grown kids could have their own rooms and bath and there is a big fenced yard and very dog friendly which is hard to find It’s very comfortable and has anything you need. A nice space for a family and a short drive to town and the ski areas just off Rt 26. It snowed while we were there so having a garage was a big plus and they had us plowed before lifts opened.

Very very clean, greta location perfect house

I have never seen such a clean house! Great little amenities ( soap, shampoo, conditioner) perfect setup for 6 people ( living room had a great stove to warm up the room ) . Everything you can want or need in kitchen, very close to historic Bethel but in a quiet cul de sac. and pet friendly no less! Would highly recommend

Great Family Ski Trip!!!

Our family of four was extremely comfortable in this beautiful home. The house is located at the end of a cul de sac in a very nice community, which felt extremely safe for our kids and dog. The home is located very close to town and was about a 13 minute drive to Sunday River.

Excellent Home Base for Sunday River

This is a great quiet home to relax after skiing all day. The radiant heating and gas stove makes the place warm and cozy. The back yard is fenced and a combination of grass and woods, perfect for a dog that wants to explore. We would certainly stay here again.

great layout, nice location

The layout of the house was nice, guest bedrooms a distance from the master. Cooked a couple of meals and all kichen implements and devices were there as needed. The fully fenced in yard was a big plus for us and our dog.

Great spot for Bethel area

Pros: The house was located in a quiet neighborhood that was off of the main road. The kitchen was fully equipped. Laundry detergent and dish soap/detergent was provided. The garage was empty and extremely clean. 3 good size bedrooms, one had a private bath, and a second bathroom was in the middle of the other two bedrooms. Plenty of couch space in the living room. Beautiful landscaping. Cons: We were unable to enjoy the outside of the home because the mosquitoes were so thick. The outside temperature ranged from 70-80 degrees and the house was very hot and sticky- the thermostats did not provide cooling and the fan in the bedroom and living room provided little relief. There must have been a long haired pet that had stayed recently because the couch was covered in thick white hair that stuck to our clothing after sitting on the couch. The beds were very firm.

Sunday River rental

The house was very nice. The layout was great. Nice big kitchen and it was exceptionally clean. However, the electric fireplace did not work all weekend. When we arrived the house was very chilly but did heat up later. The outside walkways needed to be shoveled. And we couldn't figure out how to open garage doors (lots of snow if front of doors anyway).
