Beautiful Ski House Close to Sunday River - Two Family Friendly

This newly built, four-bedroom, three full bath home provides guests with cozy spaces to make your getaway both relaxing and comfortable and only minutes from the world class ski resort of Sunday River in Newry, Maine. A short drive will bring you into the quaint town of Bethel for shopping and dining for all.
The property features two spacious living levels with an open floor plan, great for two families. There is a well-stocked kitchen ready to make the whole crew lunches-to-go and a nice dinner at the end of the day, a large covered porch, and a gas fireplace that is a favorite amenity among our guests and there are portable AC units to keep you cool in the summer months! Newly installed Generac generator so you never have to worry about losing power! With enough room to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, with a MAX OF 8 ADULTS, throughout 2,550 square feet of tastefully decorated living space, this residence is the perfect size, whether it be for just a quick weekend getaway or longer stay.
Each of the two bedrooms upstairs features a queen bed. One bedroom downstairs has two twin over full bunk beds and the other has a twin bunkbed and twin bed. Both bedrooms downstairs have their own Roku equipped TV. There are two full baths upstairs; one shared and a master bath, and a full bath downstairs, all with plenty of plush comfy towels. Each of the two living areas features a 65” TV. The downstairs living room also has a foosball table, Xbox, plenty of board games and puzzles and a wet bar!
