We had a fantastic stay! The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The home was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and it was clear the owners take great pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. Communication was easy, and the entire experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and stress-free getaway. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overnight before flight

Great place to stay with small group VERY close to airport

We could not have been closer to the airport but plane noise did not bother us at all. Stayed in Casa Blanca for a volleyball tournament at the convention center with three people. Would recommend it to others in town for the same thing. Don’t let the neighborhood worry you. We felt perfectly safe the entire visit.

Please beware of this listing, owner of the property lives next door and is very nosey. She saw me and my children walk past her house and immediately came out and started verbally assaulting us because she saw one extra person, she ended up calling the police on us and making us leave. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Should have stayed somewhere else.

Outdated not well maintained. The bedding and bathrooms were cleaned, but the place is not well maintained, needs good cleaning. Located next to airport, very loud and stinky, can smell planes tire smoke and fumes. Blinds don't block neighbors lights. Place allows dogs had to avoid poop in yard. Laundry is shared so we could not use when we wanted and is not lit. Grill old and does not light without having a lighter.

Tim, the real truth for this review is that one hour after checking in and tell me that everything was fine. You somehow broke the toilet and you had to go to Home Depot buy a new toilet call a plumber because it was done because of you not the property. Creating lies is not right.

Close to everything!

My husband and I rented this duplex apartment because it's located a few blocks away from our friends' house. We were already very familiar with the neighborhood and with its easy access to Fort Lauderdale Airport, the beach, Dania Point shopping/restaurant/hotel development. Linda was very gracious to allow us to change the dates of our stay, not once, but twice! The first time was due to illness and the second because we had an unexpected offer to stay in another friend's condo at the end of our Florida trip. I can't say thank you enough for the flexibility! The duplex has more than enough room for two couples or a family, with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The screened porch overlooking the canal was a bonus, as well as the hot tub. The only negative (which is NOT a dealbreaker) is that the kitchen could use an upgrade. The cupboards were dingy inside and the appliances are old. The pots & pans also need replacement. That being said, we had enough essential cookware and serving ware to cook several meals.

Perfect for our needs.

Bright and cheery, clean and well-provisioned. The property manager was quick to resolve the few glitches we had. Being so near the airport AND New Year's Eve revelry by neighbors were not a problem, as the house is well insulated for sound. Great big screen with access to the sports channels we wanted and access to new washer and dryer were as advertised. It was neat to be on the canal and we enjoyed watching our next-door mates catch fish. All things considered, a great stay.

Close to the Airport

Home was clean, easy access, but next door to the airport. Linda was quick to respond, home was clean, we were greeted with goodies, nice screened patio for cocktails and games.

Linda was very good at communicating with us, we did have several mishaps (unusable washing machine, both bbq propane tanks were empty and we didn’t have a kitchen garbage can? However she was on top of it and tried to fix what she could, the washing machine was obviously out of her control as she was waiting on a part. She left us wine, snacks, coffee creamer and bagels! That was pretty cool, first time we have had that. She stopped by the morning we left just to introduce herself and refunded our pet fee as promised. Linda is a very accommodating host and we would absolutely recommend her. Thank you again Linda. Happy New Year.

What an AMAZING experience!

From start to finish Linda made the experience feel like home away from home. She was an amazing host. We were greeted with wine, snacks, coffee with creamer and more. She kept in close contact with us in case we needed anything. It was such an amazing experience. Everything was so clean and thought out. She even had board games, pots & pans and more. She thought of everything. Thank you Linda for everything. We can't thank you enough.

Great location.

The property was clean and well cared for. Took my brother for a fishing trip. We were even able to fish the canal right in the back of the property. Linda was reachable and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

We found a Gem....

I was so pleased to find this rental. We had a restful two nights with all the trimmings. A nice welcome basket awaited us when we came through the door. Thank you so much for the wine, and other great snacks. The fridge was stocked with water and creamer for morning coffee. The house was spotless, squeaky clean and had very nice beds with comfortable mattresses. I would gave loved to stay another night, but a previous reservation prevented it. This home is water front on a salt canal with a nice deck and yard. I don't have words to describe how generous we felt the owner was. It was like earning money instead if spending it. From the comfortable furniture to the spacious bathrooms, I'm very pleased with our stay. Linda is a wonderful host and communication was spot on. If you are considering a quiet get away that is close to the city but has small town feel you should reserve you stay at Casa Blanca. Thank you, Derek Wolford Clover, SC

A short home away from home

We stayed for 3 days at Casa Blanca and were totally thrilled with the experience. The house is comfortable and Linda goes out of her way to make you welcome. The location is close to all activities including beaches, shopping and dining. Would highly jly recommend!

Wonderfully clean and comfortable!

The property was in a great location, with easy access for all our needs. It’s extremely close to airport if you’re planning a future flight, but with minimal noise. Property sits directly on a canal, with a great screened in outdoor patio,, so you get to see boats coming in and out...our cats loved it :). Linda was a great hostess, very welcoming, and we look forward to staying again at one of the properties in the future .

I am very close to my family. I still have my parents (thank God). I also have 3 siblings that I am very close to. Family, is EVERYTHING to me. I also lived in Caracas, Venezuela for 3.5 years. Moreover, I speak Spanish and French fluently. I currently reside in Weston, FL.

This property is very special to me. My partner and I purchased it 10 years ago. We had regular renters for 9 years, then decided to turn it into a vacation rental. I've spent well over 6 months remodeling everything. I want my guests to have a home feeling as well as spa . All bedrooms have 2 spa bath robes, top-of-the-line sealy mattresses, high thread count white sheets, shampoo/conditioner and body wash, 3 throw blankets in the living room.We also supply 4 beach towels in all bedrooms. We also provide a bluetooth speaker (living room area) and a barbecue grill in the enclosed Florida Room at the rear of the property. This serene outdoor covered Florida room serves as your tropical paradise. Fire up the gas grill, enjoy your meal with the beautiful view of the water with ocean access. We welcome you with a gift basket filled with your favorites.

Minutes away from the Dania Jai Alai and the Dania Casino as well as the famous Jaxson's Ice Cream Parlor. 15 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino and the Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall. I'm also located 5 minutes between Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood Boulevard. Minutes away from Las Olas Boulevard and 17th street Causeway where all the shops, restaurants, and Night Life is located.
