It is with heartfelt gratitude and aloha, that we invite you to enjoy this unique gem on the sands of West Maui! In the years following the 2023 Lahaina fire, Lahaina Shores Beach Resort has been going through a comprehensive renovation. While the property was spared fire major damage, the building, grounds, and systems have been carefully inspected, restored and updated, all while preserving the historic charm that makes this place so beloved.

Our suite has also been completely refreshed from floor to ceiling and is ready to welcome you. This serene studio blends comfort and convenience — from the fully equipped kitchen to the oversized beach towels. You’ll enjoy quality appliances and furnishings, granite countertops, a spacious walk-in shower, and a whisper-quiet dishwasher. And, at the end of each day, the luxurious California King bed invites you to sink in, relax, and truly unwind.

And then there’s the view! From your 6th floor lanai, vibrant ocean panoramas stretch before you. Spend unhurried hours watching the rhythms of the sea, savor brilliant sunsets, and drift off to sleep with the gentle sounds of waves beneath a sky full of stars.

About Lahaina Shores Beach Resort...
Lahaina Shores is a charming boutique hotel known for its amazing oceanfront location, and warm Hawaiian hospitality. From your arrival beneath the columned porte cochere, and on into the gracious ocean-view lobby, a tranquil sense of place settles in. You'll look forward to lounging by the pool, soaking in the jetted spa, and relaxing on the sunny lawn (chaise lounges provided). A private gate leads directly to a quiet sandy beach sheltered by an offshore reef — perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or spotting the occasional monk seal or turtle. Just beyond the reef, you may glimpse whales, dolphins, and other sea life. It’s a peaceful little world all its own.

Exploring the Area...
Historic Lahaina is slowly and purposefully reconstructing after the 2023 fire. The resilient spirit of this community is evident in its rebuilding plans, and cultural conservation projects. Guests can now walk from Lahaina Shores to the harbor and Banyan Tree (please observe posted access signs), and the municipal pool across the highway is open. While the shoreline is open, much of the historic district remains closed to support recovery efforts and respect local residents.

A rental car is suggested, but not absolutely necessary. Lahaina Shores does not offer transportation, but there are several shuttle services, taxis and ride share options available. (Please ask if you would like recommendations.) Cannery Mall and Lahaina Gateway Center are just under 2 miles away, offering grocery stores, shops, services, restaurants, and weekend art fairs. A bit farther north, Kaanapali and Whalers Village provide beachside dining and upscale shopping. Beyond the historic core, the rest of West Maui is open, beautiful, and ready to welcome visitors.

Parking Information...
On-site parking is $15 + tax per night, paid directly to the front desk. Spaces may be limited during peak occupancy, as the adjacent 505 Front Street garage has not yet reopened. The Front Desk staff will gladly help with alternative options if needed.

Beautiful view!!

This was a great place to stay, we absolutely loved it. We had coffee and breakfast on the lanai in the mornings, the sunsets were absolutely gorgeous and the beach was beautiful. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful and it was a short walk to the middle of Lahaina. We would absolutely stay there again.

Loved staying in 615 at Lahaina Shores Beach Resort

Spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Unit 615 at Lahaina Shores. Enjoyed the unobstructed view, whale watching, and sunsets from the lanai each day. Loved the uncluttered decor and it was equipped with everything we needed. The towels are the best!! Thank you for a great Maui vacation experience.

Perfect place to stay

We had an amazing week here. Everything was just as described. We had everything we needed, and more. We had no issues during our stay. The room location is the best there is. The resort itself is in a perfect spot. We love the town of Lahaina, and it’s close to other great spots. You really can’t go wrong here.

Great location and views!

We loved the view from our room! The location is conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and Feast at Lele is next door. The hotel was not crowded, we were helped quickly at front desk, the elevators are lightning fast, and plenty of chairs available by the pool. It had everything we needed and wanted. Our hosts were amazing! Very prompt with answering questions, and the room was well stocked with beach chairs, kitchen supplies, etc.

Very well kept, fantastic views!

The condo was the perfect home away from home! Everything you could need was available for use and views were spectacular! The location was desirable as we could walk almost everywhere in Lāhainā. Dealing with the manager was seamless and we found the condo to be exactly as described. We would certainly come back and recommend it to our friends and family.

Anniversary Trip

Location was perfect for our 35 yr anniversary trip. The balcony overlooking the ocean/beach was great for morning coffee’s. Easy walk to many restaurants. Beach walking discoveries included monk seals, black tip shark (small 2 ft). Snorkeling revealed several good size turtles and a number of tropical fish. Beach chairs and umbrella came in handy for the day. We loved it all!

This is a great place to stay. We would definitely return and will recommend to friends. There's a good amount to do right next door and then the main town is an easy walk down the road. The view from the unit is amazing -- just above the palm tree line so you can see everything. The unit is in great shape, we had no issues. It was fun and easy to work with the owners. Aloha!

The view!

Great location for this studio unit on the south end of the Lahaina main street. Easy access to the beach and to many of the adventure trips (whale watches, etc). The concierge in the lobby is happy to help with booking. The unit itself is well equipped with a full kitchen (there is a large grocery store in Lahaina) and also thoughtful items such as beach chairs, noodles, a small cooler, and binoculars and snorkeling gear. Communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed our stay!!

Lahaina Shores#615 -Just Great

Highly recommend this condo! The ocean view from the balcony is lovely. The condo interior is stylish & spotless, the bed super comfy, the closet space more than adequate & the kitchen fully equipped. We gratefully took advantage of the beach towels & chairs provided, tho did not use the fins or boogie board also available. Lahaina Shores is a great facility. The staff is very friendly & helpful. We love the beachside location & proximity to downtown Lahaina. Appreciated the affordable, next door parking facility.

Beautiful Views and Great Location

The location of the property cannot be better if you want to explore Lahina. Very easy and walkable and the parking is about $4 a day which is a deal compared to most lots. Also easy to get out and go explore the island. The views and amenities are very nice, including the beach right there, pool, and hot tub. Our only complaint was the AC quit working and we did not want to take time out of visit to have maintenance come. Luckily at night with the breeze it was okay, and didn't happen until 48 hours before leaving.

Top-Notch Condo on the Water

The condo at the Lahaina Shores was spectacular. The sixth floor location offered gorgeous ocean-side views. The room included a very comfortable king bed, well-stocked kitchen, and enormous shower. The washer & dryer area was just steps away from the room. The area just outside the back of the facility includes a nice grassy area with numerous lounge chairs. Beyond that is a gate leading directly onto the sandy beach. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!!

Lahaina vacation

My wife and I just returned from two weeks in Lahaina at this fantastic unit. The owners were great to work with and the property was exactly as described. We spent several hours each day on the balcony enjoying the glorious view! We did not rent a car and were not sorry we didn't. It was not a problem being on the 6th floor as this place has three elevators and they were seldom busy. When we get the chance to return someday we will certainly try to get this same unit. very nice

Room was very nice, but small. Seating was limited and basic. Could not adjust the AC setting. We had to call the manager to have the temp lowered a few degrees. The bathroom exhaust does not work. However we did not call anyone about it, I am sure it would have been fixed had we called. The view from the lanai was spectacular. Over all we had a great time while we were there. Just love Maui.

Our exhaust is a whole house system that is sucked out through the roof, so it doesnt hum and makes people think its not working. But absolutely call whenever anything is amiss and we'll be there asap. Thanks again for staying with us.

Perfect choice!

My husband and I have just returned from a 12 night stay in this studio, it was wonderful! The owners and property managers are great, very responsive and eager to ensure we had a great vacation. Even accommodating early check in/ late check out due to our flight times. The unit has everything you need, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, fully stocked kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We loved the bar high table and chairs on the Lanai, it makes such a difference to be looking over the rail not through it (as we have had to do in other units). The view is spectacular! We enjoyed the 2 mins walk in to town for shave ice, ice cream, dinner or a night cap most evenings. In fact hardly used the rental car at all. We highly recommend this unit, just don't book it when we want to go back :)

Great property, wonderful view and excellent location. The property was an older facility, but well cared for and maintained. It had the "Old Hawaiian" flare that we love. The sofa and chair was very uncomfortable, no support and very deep even with the pillows. The pillows on the bed were also very uncomfortable, but I seldom find a pillow that I like. The unit was well equipped for the two of us, everything we needed was available and clean. There was a shortage of teaspoons but we expect that former tenants may have taken them to the beach. The owners, staff and facility employees were all very friendly and helpful, making our stay a very restful and pleasant experience. We loved being in downtown Lahaina, we could walk to almost everything. We will definitely be coming back.

Lahaina Shores is unlike any other condominium complex..it is truly unique..it is a charming, boutique hotel with a plantation style lobby , a lovely front desk, and beautiful grounds!
It is right smack on the ocean..that itself is pretty amazing ..has wonderful, sandy beaches, opportunities for boating and water activities. And it's in the historic and charming village of Lahaina! It does not get any better than this!

All of the above! Just sit on the lanai and watch the active water view or a Maui sunset, and you will understand it all!
