303 Tennismaster is a beautifully remodeled, dog-friendly villa overlooking the grounds of the Tennismaster Villas complex. You'll enjoy a private porch and multiple balconies!

Tile floors span the entire first floor. The kitchen, which is open to the dining and living rooms, features granite countertops, new cabinetry, and a separate breakfast area with seating for four. The living room offers free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, and access to the porch (where you'll find rocking chairs and a table with seating for four).

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, a private balcony, and a private bathroom with a custom shower and vanity. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a private balcony, and a remodeled bathroom.

From the Tennismaster Villas, a short walk or bike ride along a landscaped path will bring you to the beach!
The community pool has been closed indefinitely due to local regulations.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ā€˜Yesā€™ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This property was listed on VRBO as two bedrooms, one with a king bed, second with twins and a double. When we got there the second bedroom had a ā€œtriple bunkā€ suitable for children not adults. We complained and were offered a move but not in the same area. We had to cancel friends who were coming because there was nowhere for them to sleep. Also the master bed and other furniture was very old and uncomfortable. And we were without Internet and tv two different times for a total of five days. This was definitely the worst VRBO experience. We would not have rented had we know the correct sleeping arrangements. I left a week early.

Winter getaway

We stayed here a month to get away from winter in the NC mountains and holiday chaos. Gorgeous location in one of HHI's guarded "plantations" (weird!). Everything functioned but some of the appliances might be on their last legs, most notably the moaning, groaning washer/dryer. Great location, quiet, comfortable bedrooms. Very small bathrooms. Vacasa staff could not tell me the exact location of the condo. (It is in the first building on the left after the first turn-in on Tennismaster.) All in all, no major complaints.

Not worth the money

The unit is in a good location with good access to the beach and it is easy to get to locations outside of the complex. However, the unit is not being maintained properly and we would not stay there again unless we were sure they had been addresses. The furniture in the outside spaces had not been cleaned in a long time. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. If you are coming to Hilton Head, then should they not expect you to want to spend time outside? The upstairs main bedroom sliding door is missing a screen so you cannot leave it open for fresh air. The mattress is so uncomfortable, it was preferable to sleep on the sofa in the living room. We could not get the TV to work in the primary bedroom. The dryer does not work. It runs and then shuts off when it gets hot, cools down and start up again. Nothing gets dry. The ceiling fan in the second bedroom did not work. The dishwasher has rust on the racks where the coating has worn off. There were no wine glasses in the house despite the house having a wet bar. The spoons were so flimsy that we bent them getting food out of a can. The furniture in general is getting worn out. We had stayed in this unit before and the condition has definitely deteriorated.

Great location. Good sized villa with large covered deck. After that, it goes downhill. Overall clean but carpet upstairs was very stained and the villa had a mild aroma about it that was unclean smelling Old uncomfortable mattresses No mattress protectors Master blinds broken and couldnā€™t be opened (we notified Vacasa and they offered to send someone but we had our dog with us and didnā€™t want someone coming in when we werenā€™t there and didnā€™t to be chained to the villa waiting so we just left them closed. But this issue has been mention in numerous reviews and obviously not a priority) Dryer starts but stops after a couple minutes and wont immediately start again so it took a couple hours and a couple restarts to get one load dried Dishwasher inside is either moldy or stained, either way, gross (they offered to come look but we didnā€™t bother, we just hand washed all our dishes) No shower curtain liner in master shower and only shower curtain liner in second bedroom Outdated furniture but that wasnā€™t a big deal for us, but the sofa and loveseat are not comfortable so should definitely be replaced We wonā€™t stay again.

Spacious condo . Kitchen clean and well supplied. Living room furniture older and worn.Patio good sized..Location good nice bike and walkway to beach.The beach was lovely.There were restrooms and showers-Nice to be able to rinse off your dog! There were soap and supplies left in the condo enough to get you started for sure.

The property was redoing the place across from us a little loud but understandable. I don't understand a pet friendly place with carpets especially when can see the stains, just tile it problem solved and it more sanitary.

Good location

This home definitely needs updating. Broken blinds need replaced, carpets need cleaned or replaced. Decor is older & mattresses could be replaced also. Location was good though. Loved being so close to the pool. Denise from Vacasa was great to respond & quickly fix a couple of minor things like the coffee pot & dishwasher. I appreciated that!

Poorly maintained

The vertical blinds were broken and missing slats meaning there was no privacy in any room since all bedrooms and living area had sliding glass doors with the broken blinds. One bathroom did not have a shower curtain liner. The property was not cleaned or maintained well.

Nice area

Property was decent and nice location. Could use some updates especially blinds, shower curtains and new pillows. . Mattress in both bedrooms were not the best. Deck could use a power wash. Found several dirty kitchen items as we went to use. Kitchen counter felt dirty when we arrived. Attention to detail by cleaning staff between rentals as there were obvious unclean items in the kitchen. Master bathroom smelled like urine to me and the whole bedroom smelled. Had to purchase air freshener. Need plastic shower curtains that can be sprayed between renters. Other shower curtain needed a liner as it was like a doily and water went right through it. Ponytail holder and wad of tape left on master bedroom bed. Receipt and leaves on the floor in twin bedroom. Only one star for communication with property manager as I donā€™t think we spoke with them. We did have issue with TV and Denise came and was very helpful and friendly. Issue with TV was resolved.

Great Location

The location is good with easy access to the gates and top the beach. The unit is in decent condition, but the cleaning could be better. The beds are not comfortable in either bedroom, but we are somewhat spoiled by the beds we have at home. It is a good value.
