Welcome to 35 The Cottages, an idyllic vacation townhome is located in a beach community with beach club and surrounded by 50 miles of scenic bicycle paths in Hilton Head Island. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a golf group outing, or a weekend getaway, this villa provides the perfect setting for a memorable stay.

As you step inside the villa, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and snacks during your stay. The dining room provides a cozy space to enjoy family meals or entertain guests. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Step outside to the patio area, where you can savor outdoor dining or lounge in the pleasant surroundings.

The villa features two bedrooms on the second floor and an additional queen sleeper sofa is available for extra accommodation, comfortably sleeping up to six guests total. With 2.5 bathrooms, everyone will have ample space and convenience. The villa is well-appointed with three TVs, ensuring entertainment options for everyone. For added security and ease of access, the villa utilizes Kaba Lock Keyless Entry. As a guest at The Cottages, you'll have the privilege of beach parking at the Shipyard Beach Club, complete with restrooms and showers. Enjoy a day of sun, sand, and surf just moments away from your vacation home. The villa itself is a charming two-story townhouse, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for your stay. Take in the views of the surrounding golf course and lagoon, adding to the tranquility of your surroundings. Embrace the comfort and convenience of 35 The Cottages in Shipyard, where you can enjoy picturesque golf course and lagoon views.

Cutest Cottage

The Shipyard is my family's favorite location on HHI. We've been vacationing here for 10 years. The Cottage 35 was a perfect location and great layout for us. Riding bikes is our favorite adventure and the cottage was perfectly located between Coligny, the Clubhouse and the Yacht Club beach access. Shipyard has made great improvements to their beach access too! The Cottage had the best bed setup for 3 kids! We all loved it. Quiet and comfortable with a great view of one of the holes on the course! We will be back! Pool was very nice too!

Happy in Hilton Head

Our family had a lovely stay in Hilton Head. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch and were happy to have our dog along. We had great weather and thoroughly enjoyed the free beach chairs, umbrella, bikes and boat rides. We hope to be back again!! Thank you for a great stay!

A wonderful condo with all the amenities one could need. The couch had a sleeper which didn’t meet our needs. The shipyard was a wonderful setting!Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely trip. The house was very clean and in a good location. Communication was great. Loved how the house provided games and puzzle, it was excellent for the raining evening.

Quality Service and Quality Accomadations. Would recommend and definately rebook Second bedroom twin beds starting to show age, and we still slept well. Very clean and the neighbors that we met were all very nice. Thanks, great vacation .

Great Townhome

Great townhome for our family of 4. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very attentive and responsive Property Mgmt Company. Too far for us to bike to the beach, but the beach club was perfect for parking and walking. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and pool

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Short walk to the beach, great pool, great access to many bike trails, close to restaurants. The only issue was confusion on amenities listed in vrbo listing vs what was available. This was all resolved prior to finalizing booking and resulted in a great vacation!

It was very clean and had everything we needed. However the listing stated access to a pool which was not correct. Every other location we stayed in Shipyard has it's own pool. This is not which was a disappointment since that was important to us

Beautiful condo

This is one of the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. The location is close to many amenities on the island. The interior is nicely done- with that beach feel we were looking for. The condo seems brand new from the inside. Parking directly in front of the unit was always available.

Close to everything

We arrived an hour early and were able to get in. Place was clean. We were close to the pool and beach and corner store. Just had to travel a mile to get out to main street. Overall great! Only negative could use nicer bath towels

Excellent Location, Great Place to Escape!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cottages! I was amazed by the location. Centrally located on the island, easy access to the Shipyard beach and very, very close to the pool. Walkable to lots of food and shops and a quick drive to anything else you may need. The cottage itself was very well maintained and clean. It has everything you may need - they do give you a heads up that you may need to buy some extras if you are there for a long stay which I appreciated. Check-in and check out were very easy as well. I am already looking forward to our next stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Shipyard Villa. The unit is well-appointed, clean and organized. We looked forward to using the pool, but found out that there is no pool for this unit. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was when the air conditioning malfunctioned. However, we were pleased that management was very responsive and got it fixed immediately! We definitely plan on returning to the Shipyard Villa.

Location, location, location

Great location! We were able to get to everything within 10 mins in car or on our rented bikes. Super quiet, gated community made it ideal for family with 2 kids. Loved the townhouse but box springs on beds need to be replaced. Old and super squeaky and uncomfortable. Don’t forget your fire stick if u want to watch more than cable tv. Other than those points we had a great holiday.

Comfortable Stay

Overall, this was a nice stay. We did have some minor issues, but nothing that was too problematic. There are a few visual things that I am sure, the property manager will be working on, but for the most part we enjoyed our stay.There was confusion on whether pool access was included, so I would confirm that before booking and get those directions before arrival.Also, our electronic code was cut off at 8am on the morning of our departure and check-out is at 10am. Just make sure that you have someone on the inside who can let you in if you decide to go for an early morning walk or a quick trip to the beach before you leave.The property management company is extremely responsive and we really appreciated that.

Great visit

We loved staying at Cottage 35. We loved the location of the Shipyard and really enjoyed biking everywhere. The cottage was clean and neat. My only critique would be that the sofa bed is not very comfortable. As a family of 5 we really needed that extra sleeping space. I would suggest that you eliminate a closet in the twin bedroom and add another bed in that room. That would have been perfect. One final note, would be to explain that there is beach access from Shipyard. This was our first time to Hilton Head and we would've loved a little more direction for restaurants and beach access. Overall great stay and beautiful property!

Home Away from Home and Close to All Good Things

First time using VRBO. Property was exactly as described. Within minutes of great food, great beach, and fantastic shopping. Will definitely use VRBO again in the future.

Our stay on HHI was amazing and that is due in great part to the wonderfully appointed place we rented from Hilton Head Properties. The location is excellent, the place was spotless, and it had every amenity we could need or want. We had such an excellent time that we are already planning our next stay.

Home was clean and comfortable

We were happy to see and use beach chairs and umbrellas. Appreciated the arrangements the leasing agency reserving bikes at the house. Great time
