Charming newly remodeled 1 Bedroom Condo in a great location right in the heart of Park City. Only a half mile from Park City Mountain Resort, which is the largest ski resort in the United States with the more skiable terrain than any other. Only 1.5 miles from historic Park City Main Street with some of the best dining and shopping options in the state of Utah. We are surrounded by lots of fine dining, casual dining, bars, shopping and other entertainment.

New furniture with a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa with a memory foam pillow top mattress in the living room. Full kitchen with everything you need to make your own meals. Includes microwave, oven, stove top, refrigerator with ice maker and a dishwasher. Washer and Dryer in unit available for your use. Free Wifi and flat screen TV with access to Comcast and other streaming services.

Lots of entertainment shopping and dining options within walking distance. Located directly behind Fresh Market Grocery store and next door to Walgreeens, Starbucks and only a short walk to Park City Mountain Resort, bust stops and more.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this unit. The location is fantastic - right behind the Fresh Market and a 2 minute walk to the buses that take you to PCMR, Canyons, and Main Street. The property manager is super responsive and very accommodating.

Great stay!

Had a great stay. Convenient location and close to the bus stop. A little noisy but nothing too bad and the host is aware and very kind as well! Comfortable stay for 2-3 people.

Convenient location to Fresh Market, Walgreens, burher king, starbuck. You can walk to ski lift in less than 15min, or take the free bus from the main road. Perfect for 4, with washer dryer, kitchen. Strongly recommend bring your ear plug as the bedroom is adjacent to the stairs.

Great location and amenities

This place sits right behind the Fresh Market, so it’s really easy to pick up groceries. The bus stop to Park City is a 3 minute walk, so it’s really convenient. It snowed quite a bit while i was there and the walkways were always shoveled in the morning. The kitchen came with most of what you need to make a good lunch or dinner, and the unit is super cozy. The host is very responsive and I was able to get slightly early checkin and later checkout to accommodate my travel schedule. As others have mentioned, sound travels very well through the walls (you can literally hear light switches being turned on in another unit), but it’s background noise and didn’t really bother me. There has been some newer renovation (updated floors and furniture), so I was pleasantly surprised when I got there.

Bring your earplugs

First the positive: Location is good, central and close to the bus stop if you need it. Unit was clean and nicely appointed. They have done well with what they have. Negative: The unit faces a loading dock and a dirt path that people walk to a bus stop all day. The photo of the mountain is taken if you step way out into the grassy area and look left. That's deceiving and not appreciated. We arrived to find road resurfacing right outside the door. Had to come in a back way and literally could not get to the parking spot. We parked in another spot (warned not to in the checkin note) and left our bags in the car. Called the host and waited. No response. Later went out and asked the construction foreman if we could please get the car in to the lot and they let us. Construction noise finally stopped at 7pm. Had a nice evening out and went to bed. At 2:10 am both of us were woken by a loud conversation in the unit above. It lasted 40 minutes. Fell asleep and woken again at 4:45am to someone hurrying around upstairs then tromping down the outside steps (just outside the bedroom). Same thing happened at 6:45 am. We almost bailed out to a hotel for the second night but did not want to forfeit the money. We stayed and there was a ton of noise until 10:30 pm until they left loudly, and then (thankfully) silence the rest of the night. The construction was unlucky timing for us but taking off stars for not being honest about the noise, the view, and not responding.

It’s a great place but bring earplugs to block out the upstairs neighbors!! There are a LOT of people living there I think and they are very active at night.

Clean, cute and good location

I found this condo very clean, comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much. The only complaint is the noise from upstairs, other then that, I recommend for one or two ppl.

Ski vacations in park city

The condo is great , clean fully equipped well located .The only problem is that the ceiling is to thin and you can hear the tenants of the upper floor walking all night long, making really difficult to sleep , of course this is not Duanne fault, and they try to talk to the manager of the property in order to ask them to keep the noise down, but you can’t ask people not to walk in their apartments , the other problem is that the stair to The upper condos is right next to the bedroom and is made from wood so it was really noisy also since people use it all night long to

PERFECT FOR OUR STAY

This cozy one bedroom has absolutely everything you will need for a great stay in Park City. It is within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Of course the close proximity to ski resorts make it a great place for a couples ski vacation. The apartment is very clean with new furnishings and has covered parking. The full kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to eat in as well. Duane was friendly and available if we had problems but we had none.
