COMPLEX AMENITIES INCLUDE: 2 outdoor pools (one just below our balcony), 1 indoor heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, a picnic area, outdoor charcoal grills, and an exercise room with a dressing area, steam room, and sauna. Please note that the complex is completely NON-SMOKING even in outdoor areas!

Relax on the spacious balcony and enjoy a spectacular view! Watch the dolphins early in the morning, the waves breaking on the white sandy beach during the day, and the twinkling lights of the shrimp boats at night.

Our condo is a peaceful retreat after a day of swimming, shopping, or sightseeing. Spend your evening eating in and watching TV, sampling the fare at one of the many local restaurants, going to the movies, going dancing, or going to a concert. There is so much to do and see in the area!

You will find that our condo is very comfortably furnished for your enjoyment with all the conveniences of home. There is plenty of seating in the living room to watch movies on the large flatscreen TV or to just relax and listen to the sound of the waves on the shore. High-quality linens and towels are provided. The floors and balcony are all tiled. We have DVD players and also an iron and ironing board.

The beautiful master bedroom has a king size bed, a large flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom. You can recline in bed and watch all the beach activity through the large sliding glass doors. Our cute second bedroom has two twin beds, a smaller flatscreen TV, and plenty of closet space, with an adjacent hall bathroom. There is also a living room couch which can be pulled out and made into a queen size bed.

Most importantly, our condo is located in the only direct beachfront building in the complex.

If you are considering a vacation to the Gulf, then Orange Beach is the BEST destination to select! We are situated between Gulf Shores, AL and Perdido Key, FL (about 10+ minutes to either). Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is ideally located near stores, restaurants, and a family amusement center. There are also golf courses, water parks, mini golf, paved nature trails, marinas, and theaters nearby.

This complex (and this town in general) is extremely safe and family-friendly. There are paved sidewalks leaving our complex in both directions so it's easy to walk places. There are also bike rental companies in the area (especially popular for use on the local trails).

Please note that any weekly rate is automatically discounted from the normal nightly rate to an equivalent of paying for 6 nights and getting the 7th night free. A higher monthly discount is offered for snowbirds in January and February, which is also automatically reflected in the calendar's calculation when you make an inquiry.
