This beautiful lower level of a house is close to many attraction. Historical town of Golden easy access t I-70 which will take you to the mountains and many ski resorts.There’s an electric fireplace and I have one space in the garage and plenty of parking on the street. There’s an airfryer microwave toaster tea kettle along with water dispenser which provides cold and hot water I’ll .The living area has trundle bed which will accommodate a second person. I will do my best to make sure you have wonderful experience. There will be lots of snacks to choose from. I don’t think you will regret staying with!
