Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the disruption caused by the unexpected construction around the building entrance and parking garage during your stay. We completely understand how frustrating and inconvenient it must have been to arrive and find the area restricted, with construction equipment and limited access to parking and walkways. Unfortunately, we were not notified by the HOA in advance that this work would be taking place, and we were just as surprised by the extent of the construction. That said, we understand that this does not change the impact it had on your stay, and we take responsibility for doing everything we could to make the situation right. We sincerely apologized and provided a 100% refund for your stay. We truly regret that the circumstances prevented you from enjoying the property as intended. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue to work with the HOA to ensure we are better informed of any future work that could affect our guests. Brian
