The first floor offers a living room with sectional sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and lots of windows with natural lighting, dining area with dining table seating 6 plus breakfast bar, with 3 additional place settings, for a total of 9. There is also a bedroom on the first floor with queen size bed, flat screen TV, and private porch with rocking chairs. There is a hall laundry closet with a full-size washing machine and dryer, essential for keeping those beach towels ready for the pool or beach! The location allows easy bike ride to the Gulfview Heights or Ed Walline Beach Access, Gulf Place shops and restaurants or explore further down 30A to discover more nature trails and scenic beauty of South Walton along 19 miles of bike paths of 30A.
