OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
- There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. The cost for this cottage is $28/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation.
-Pet fee- One non-shedding dog allowed for a $150 pet fee
**Optional Cancellation Protection**- Allows cancellation for ANY reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies paid returned ($50 fee applies at booking).

HOME DETAILS: Located in the beautiful beach town of Seaside, FL, Atrium is a 2-story guest cottage located on Tupelo Street one block from the beach! One of the largest one-bedroom cottages in Seaside, Atrium sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 full bathrooms and a private driveway to park! Come for the long weekend or stay for the week - Atrium has all you'll need to make this the vacation of your dreams!

ACCOMMODATIONS (Sleeps 4):
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed w/flat screen TV (not shown), washer/dryer and private bath (shower only).
Second Floor: Open living and dining space for 4, kitchen complete with cook top, toaster oven, mini fridge (no freezer), dishwasher, and microwave. A pull-out sofa big enough to sleep 2 kids or one adult comfortably, flat screen TV, full bath (shower only), and a small terrace.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
**There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals. The cost for this cottage is $28/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.
**DOG OWNERS: ONE SMALL NON-SHEDDING DOG IS ALLOWED with this rental with a $150 pet fee.
*Additional fees are required to reserve Pickleball and Tennis courts paid directly to the Seaside amenity Center.
*Seaside Chapel with Sunday services, Walkable Town Center from rental home including shopping, restaurants and upscale grocery market.
*Must be 25 to rent

Cute place. Room was as listed . Seaside wristbands worked great! Easy access to beach. Only had one issue - lots of berries falling from vines in trees in driveway. Had to wash car several times during stay to prevent paint damage, plus wipe bottoms of shoes to prevent tracking berry juice inside of cottage. Asked for street parking pass - quick response - got parking pass for parking at street other than driveway. Probably a seasonal thing.

The Atrium

The Atrium was a great place to stay. The location was excellent. It was right down the street from the beach and from all the food trucks and restaurants. My girls enjoyed staying upstairs while my husband stayed downstairs. They felt like they had their own apartment. It was super nice to have two bathrooms with showers so everyone could get ready for dinner. We didn’t really use the kitchen because we ate out most of the time. But it was nice. Loved everything about it. Hopefully we will be back.

Dreamy, Dollhouse Cottage in exceptional location!

Excellent customer service. Cozy, clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, one block from spectacular beaches and 2 blocks from Seaside square atrium. Cafes and restaurants, shopping .. everywhere. Yet, quiet and Dreamy neighborhoods to walk or bike around and enjoy! Best Thanksgiving getaway!!! We’ll definitely return!!! So happy we were able to enjoy and stay with our precious Maltese Furry baby girl!

Great Spot!

Wonderful location, clean, good bikes, but basically zero workable WiFi. Would definitely go again if they had better WiFi; no ability to watch tv or communicate via phone due to bad cell coverage and dialup speed wifi. Had a hard time working from there. Also, no freezer, which is a little inconvenient at the beach. But if you don’t need that stuff 5 stars.

Wonderful!!!

We had the BEST time! This adorable little place was perfect for our family! Location was perfect, the layout of the Atrium was perfect, the beds were comfortable, had everything we needed for our week of vacation! It even was great for our small Boston Terrier! We will for sure be back! Thank you!

Nice Getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the location. The property was cozy and quaint. We really enjoyed the balcony and the bicycles that came with the unit. Our only complaint would be the T.V. situation. We could never figure out how to watch - if it was cable, satellite, or streaming. Very confusing and limited channels. Being our trip was during football season, my husband was a bit disappointed not being able to watch his games. Other than that it was a nice getaway for us.

Great place close to the beach!

This was our first time to visit Seaside and we absolutely loved staying at the Atrium. The proximity to the beach and market area was great. The unit was nice and comfortable. We did not realize that there was not a full size fridge, which posed some issues with needing ice and couldn’t keep things very cold, but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. A few things could use upgrades and refreshed but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Loved that it was dog friendly!

Cozy Seaside Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Atrium. It was the perfect location...a few blocks from the square and beach. We were able to ride the bikes that came with the rental anywhere we wanted to go. We traveled with our small Frenchie, and the property's backyard made it easy to let him roam a little and use the restroom. The rental unit was very clean and tidy. Unlike other places, the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, which we greatly appreciated! The only suggestion we would have is for more counter space in the restrooms, which wasn't a big deal at all, but we just found ourselves having to unpack/pack up all of our toiletries every morning/night before/after use. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again. Seaside rocks! Thank you!

Great Location too Dog friendly!

Positives-location and parking. Adequate space. Property management company very responsive. Negatives-the door is very difficult to lock and unlock, we are handy people. The unit was dirty-vents and shelves have not been dusted in years. The furniture is old and outdated. Couch and bed not comfortable. Moldings have been chewed by dogs and upstairs rug and all floor coverings old, in need of replacement/refurbishing. Rusty fixtures in bathrooms and unclean shower curtains. The house smells like dog. We have always traveled with our 10 pound, highly trained dog and have never seen this. For such a prestigious location, this needs to be remodeled.

Loved Our Month Long Stay

We spent the month of February at the Atrium and were very happy with our experience. The house was clean and comfortable. The location is great. Enjoyed it so much that we will be making a return visit!

Beautiful Tidy Beach Space

Exceptional property with close access to Seaside and the private beach. It’s perfect for those looking to get away for a weekend or even longer. We would definitely stay here again and hated to leave. Close to everything while still being isolated enough.

Great property in an amazing location

My family loved staying in the clean, cozy carriage house. Seaside is an awesome place to relax in and explore. Directions to accessing the property and nearby amenities were clearly communicated. My only disappointment with the property was that we could not open the balcony doors to let in some fresh air. Lisa

Fantastic

Darling property, location was PERFECT!!! Spent the week with my daughters, and we really enjoyed the entire experience. Home was clean, beds are comfy and really appreciated the fact there was a driveway for parking.

Graduation trip for my daughter

We had 3 adults. Was very surprised to find a mini fridge with no freezer space! Made it difficult to have some of our food items. Also, no oven only a toaster oven. The location was perfect and the house was really cute

Great place and location - needs cleaning

My husband and I stayed here on part of our honeymoon. We absolutely loved the location on Tupelo Street. The cottage was the perfect size, pet friendly (we brought our mini schnauzer), and it was equipped with all of the essentials we needed. My only qualm about the place was that it wasn’t properly cleaned before we arrived. The blankets for the pullout couch had not been washed prior to our arrival and smelled. The couch itself had stains, hair, and smelled. Walking in socks also revealed the floors were not cleaned properly, as well. I grabbed a wine glass from the cabinet that had lipstick stains on it from someone prior to us. Again, we loved the location and the place itself was just what we wanted. We were just highly disappointed in the place not being cleaned well.
