Pet fee $10 a day per pet
The property must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.

Late check outs will be charged a full day’s rental
. Early check-ins may be accommodated by prior arrangement. $25 lost/misplaced key charge. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Outside smoking only.
. Do not stand by doors and smoke it may smell inside.

Although the property will be cleaned after your departure
it must still be left in an orderly state, linens & towels should be placed in laundry room (a wash started if possible), clothes not left in a wet Lump
all trash cans and recycle bins will be taken to the curb Sunday night
Fridge food disposed of correctly not left inside the home, all used food items removed from the home upon check out,
any moved furniture returned to its original location,
all kitchen utensils should be washed.
