Incredible updated three bedroom Frisco Colorado home.

This beautiful, newly remodeled home is in walking distance to downtown Frisco. Its open floor plan and many windows lets the outdoors in. A large gas fireplace offers warmth and ambiance. This home has three bedrooms and a pull out queen sofa sleeper to sleep 8 comfortably. The maximum number of guests is 8. There are six world class ski areas within a 10-30 minute drive. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood with mature pine and aspen trees. Many trails are within a few blocks walk which access the national forest. There is a year round clubhouse one block away that offers an indoor pool, four hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room and showers. Two bedrooms are upstairs with on suite bathrooms. One has a king bed, and one has a queen bed. On the main level is a bedroom with two twin beds and a half bath. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for extra sleeping space. Parking is available in the driveway for two vehicles. Come and enjoy all the activities Frisco Colorado has to offer in both the summer and winter. The owners are always available for questions and recommendations to make your stay one to remember.

Lovely Home In Quiet Neighborhood

Excellent ski house.

The house is exactly as advertised. Well stocked and extremely clean. Excellent location - we walked to dinner on Main Street multiple nights. Owners were responsive, friendly, and helpful!

Fantastic!

This was a fantastic rental. Clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Great location - close to town and the Frisco Marina. We could ride bikes anywhere we wanted to go. The outdoor hot tubs were a huge plus! Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The owners thought of everything to make it a great place to stay. Loved the addition of family games. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Fantastic Frisco property!

This property was amazing, better than advertised! The layout of the interior is so spacious. There were 6 adults, and we never felt like we were in each other’s way. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the amenities you could need, including a washer and dryer. And, the location was perfect; easy walking distance to town and a quick drive to the slopes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

A perfect home away from home

We loved staying at this home! It was so well stocked (kitchen, linens, towels, etc) and was very comfortable. I thought the bed in the upstairs front bedroom was kind of hard, but that could be just a personal preference. There were three of us staying for 6 nights (we were expecting more family to visit but they couldn't make it) so there was plenty of room. Loved the views out all the windows. Great location in a nice neighborhood. I think we would have tried walking to Main Street but there was too much snow. Owner was easy to contact and we had no problems with the checking in or out process. Would love to come back and stay in this place again! Maybe in warmer weather when we could enjoy what the area has to offer in Spring, Summer or Fall.

Very nice place to stay

Very clean and the perfect place to stay for a ski getaway. The pictures actually don't do it justice. Lots of amenities in the kitchen. Great communication.

Great spot in Frisco!

This house is in a great location for a ski vacation. We had 4 adults & 4 kids & the house fit us perfectly. It is just a couple blocks from downtown Frisco & very close to both Copper Mountain & A-basin. I had a couple questions for the owner & she was very prompt with her response. We would definitely stay again!

Mountain Perfection

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a week in late July. The location was perfect not only in proximity to downtown Frisco but also to the array of Summit County resorts - all accessible by paved bike trail, which we used almost daily. The house is located about a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. We found this distance from town ideal because it was amazingly quiet at night in the neighborhood - even with the windows open. The house is very well stocked with plenty of toiletry items, kitchenware and extras including cleaning supplies, foil, ziplocks, etc. Highly recommend this property!

Super clean And convenient

House was clean and very conveniently located to Copper Mountain and Breckinridge resorts. If weather had been warmer, we could have walked to Main Street restaurants. House was comfortable and well maintained. It was easy to work with the owner.

Wonderful Stay!

My family of 5 (three small kids) had such a great time staying at this property, thank you Sharon! It was extremely clean, spacious and easy. All of the "extras" were very helpful and convenient (tissues in every room, showers stocked with shampoo/conditioner and soap, extra paper products, whole closet of extra sheets and towels, etc). We will definitely be back!

Great ski place for groups of 6-8 near Copper Moutain, Vail, Keystone, etc.

We loved staying in this beautiful 3 bedroom villa. The public area is great for group meals and hanging out, as is the nearby clubhouse with three large outdoor hot tubs. We skied four different resorts -- Vail, A-Basin, Keystone and Copper Mountain -- all within an easy 15-30 drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great, comfortable home in a central location.

Just returned from a great week's vacation in Frisco, staying at the Schutz's home .... mom, dad and three twenty-something sons. All enjoyed the stay. The house was well stocked, clean, very comfortable, and included everything we needed. The fireplace was a great feature to help us relax after a day of skiing. We also found the town of Frisco to be a nice central location to the ski areas we visited, and it had all the shopping and restaurants we were looking for. Our family definitely recommends the home, and would stay there again for future visits. Thanks, Sharon, for making it available.

Walking distance to paved bike path which affords over 50 miles of riding. One mile to the Frisco marina which offers boat rentals, a beach and many water activities in the summer. One mile to the Frisco pump and jump mountain bike track as well as a skateboarding bowl. One mile from Frisco cross country ski resort and tubing hill. Come and make memories, you will have the time of your life.
