Keystone and Breck 20 minutes and Vail 25 and A-basin minutes. Condo very private and quiet. Only 2 residential condos in building. Walking distance to the center of town. Unit is on the 2nd (top) floor, great views. 2 parking spots in heated garage with storage for skis. 1st bedroom, king (can add an optional twin), 2nd queen, 3rd queen with twin bunk and twin trundle. Additional twin available. Each bedroom has own full bath. Dining seating for 8. Deck. Master jetted tub. Gas fireplace Keurig. Grill. Wifi. Roku, Direct Stream Available. Bike trip

We chose this property because we brought our dog and it was allowed. The location was great! At the far end of Main Street. Parking was convenient. We are a bit excessive with the number of bikes and boards we bring so the storage closet only held 2 of our bikes. There wasn’t really a place to put the other big toys. We would stay there again though!

Hi Julie, thank you for your stay. For future reference there is additional secured storage for bikes/toys under the stairwell that can be accessed from the condo and goes out to the ground floor. Best, Tara

There are far better choices in the area.

I stayed in this property two weeks ago, but waited a bit to post a review so I would be more objective. I had a dispute with VRBO and the property owner over some hidden fees and I wanted to let that settle before posting a review so I would be more objective. In a nutshell, this condo is nice enough, but there are far better choices in this area. The master bedroom and bathroom are good size, but the mattress on the king size bed was not much more comfortable than the floor. The second bedroom seemed fine, but this is the only room from which to access the balcony. So if you want to sip your morning coffee on the balcony, you have to put the earliest risers in this room. The third bedroom has the bunk bed with a trundle underneath. Fine for kids to sleep, but once the trundle is pulled out there is zero space in the room for the kids to actually play anywhere but on the beds. We don't allow that at home, so having little other choice while staying here is less than ideal while trying to teach the kids to treat other people's property with the same respect as our own. The last room ... well, if you're counting, that's two people in the master, two in the second bedroom, two on the bottom part of the bunk bed, one on the top of the bunk bed, and one on the trundle for a total of eight. Yet the condo advertises that it sleeps ten ... so you have to count the air mattress. Yes, at this price, you'll be sleeping on an air mattress on the floor in the living room. (Though it may have been more comfortable than the king.) The main space combines the kitchen, dining, and living rooms into one larger room ... a reasonable space, but there is only seating for six if you want to watch a movie, which seems a bit short in a condo that invites ten. This unit is used on weekends by the owner, so there are some locked closets with their personal belongings, which makes perfect sense. However, they also leave opened food items in the refrigerator and freezer. Perhaps this is normal for a VRBO, but try telling a kid that no, they cannot have that slice of cheese or eat that Popsicle. Again, nice enough place and the pictures are accurate, but there are far better choices in this area for this price.

I have to say I am not surprised by this review. Please note I have 19 reviews total between the various short term rental options. 18 of those are 5 star including reviews with specific details of how wonderful the condo is and how great of a host I am. The condo as well as the furniture is 1 year old and the condo is listed with specifics of the beds available as well as the dining seating. As noted by this guest he was disgruntled because of the fee that VRBO charges and the cleaning fee which he felt were hidden. I realize now that I could have just cancelled the whole reservation without penalty and should have done so based on the correspondence with the guest. He offered to write me a glowing review in exchange for lowering my rate by $200 (see quote below). I think the best way to sum up this review is to provide a few quotes from the guest.... Guest Quote: "Last thing is I absolutely hate how snotty this email sounds ... you seem quite wonderful and helpful and your property looks fantastic, but their customer service has left me feeling pretty raw. Again, I apologize." "That said, I really don't want to cancel, but I have a hard time swallowing these hidden fees. Can you lower the rate to $XXX? That makes up for $200 of the hidden $250 in fees and I could live with that. I'll be sure to post a glowing review of the property as well." "I'm not quite sure how that last paragraph comes across, but my sincere intention is just to give you a heads-up so you are not blindsided. I do believe the problem lies with vrbo and perhaps both of us are stuck in the middle to some extent. But you are in business with them, so you share the responsibility. One last offer ... I'll split it with you. Find a way to lower our cost or refund $125 and I'll let it go. (I really, really hate how awful that sounds ... I'm really not such an ogre all the time!) Whew ... ok, I'll quit ... sorry". To add insult to injury the guest did not make the second payment requiring me to have to follow up outside of VRBO. Payment 2 of 2 Overdue: 9/2/17 (At check-in) This is a matter of the guest not getting his way and retaliating. Best, Tara

Last minute family get away

We had a fantastic time at this condo. Very clean and nice furnishings. Dog friendly too! Great walk ability! Within minutes restaurants and shops. Short drive to grocery. Owner was very responsive.

Excellent service and very attentive and responsive

Time away from work is valuable to me, so vacations are important and must be planned carefully so that I can enjoy this time off with little to no hiccups right? Tara was the best to ease my worries and planning concerns. She replied back quickly and was very attentive, thorough, and helpful. It was not an easy weekend to manage as their was a blizzard in Denver so questions about route 70 and getting to the mountains were many. She was extremely accommodating and patient and kind in this regard and went out of her way to help me and my family in many ways! Her condo is large and very nice with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with lots of sleeping options. Tara's condo is literally a 10 minute drive or less to Copper. The condo parking is excellent. The place is very clean and kept up very well. All around I could not be happier with the generous and kind spirit that is Tara. TY, Tara for being so helpful you were great!!

Beautiful Condo near downtown Frisco

This condo is immaculate. The property owner is easy to deal with and responsive. If you have a large group or in our case 3 adult couples, then this is the place for you. The condo has 3 big bedrooms all with queen or larger beds. Each of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The garage has three parking places.

High scale condo!

This is a very nice place. Definitely above average for VRBO rentals and even the very picky will be happy with this place. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was wonderful and the kitchen is very well stocked with numerous utensils and containers. There are high ceilings throughout and easy stairwell access to take out pets. The location is great with a ski bus stop a very short walk away and all Summit County resorts an easy drive. The hostess was very friendly and even went out of her way to return my keys that I had left at the condo. Definitely a wonderful stay!

Loved the condo

I am so happy to be able to write a review. First of all, Tara is beyond delightful and incredibly easy to communicate with via text, email and phone. The pictures do not do her place justice. It felt much larger due to the vaulted ceilings. The check in process was as easy as going home, pressing a code and entering the front door. Immediately in the entry way there is a coat closet and then you walk into a quiet, clean, bright and cozy condo. Everything you want and need is available, down to two different types of coffee makers (Keurig and a drip). All three bathrooms had ample supplies and towels and the bedrooms were much larger than pictured. I was blown away by how nice everything was and how large it was. The underground parking was amazing since it snowed while we were here! I am definitely coming back. Thank you, Tara for leaving such detailed instructions for the WiFi, TVs, local transportation, restaurants, etc. you made everything so easy!

Outstanding!

Everything was great! Communication with the owner Tara was helpful and fast. The location was perfect. The underground parking is great. We stayed here for Thanksgiving and we checked with Tara beforehand for certain cookware and she bought the items she didn't already have. Lots of great space. My kids loved the toys too.

Great getaway in the mountains

This was a great property, well provisioned and in a very central location. The property manager was easy to work with and provided lots of communication about how the town was handling covid precautions before we came up. The only minor issue was the pillows (we normally bring our own and forgot this time) were a bit flat but otherwise everything was exactly as presented and we had a great stay.

Awesome Rental

We could not have been happier with our rental of this unit for our week long vacation to the area. We had 5 adults, and Tara was more than accommodating regarding our dog being able to stay at the property. She was beyond responsive and even provided us with a link to discount cards for local businesses and restaurants. I can't stress enough how happy we were with Tara and her condo.

Perfect rental

I resisted writing this because I thought I might keep this find to myself, but I'm paying it forward. This was the perfect set up for our family - with two teenagers in tow plus a friend and a dog. Gorgeous place with high ceilings and all new everything. Each bedroom is well equipped and the kids appreciated having their own bathrooms. The living area isn't huge, but it worked great. The location can't be beat if you ski Copper - you're between two Summit Stage bus stops, not more than a 3 minute walk. The underground parking area made it easy to put on/take off equipment after the bus. Being in the Summit Daily building made it easy to find. There must be great insulation because we didn't hear a thing from the street. We love walking to all the great restaurants and stores along Main Street and the bike path/dog walking area. We were so happy to find this place. Highly recommend.
