Fast water Updated Home with Large Dock for Multiple Boats!

Our 4 bedroom residence offers 2,800 sq. ft. of elegant space with accommodations for 10 guests in the luxurious upscale community of Discovery Bay.

Excellent wifi and hi speed internet to allow those work from home days and gaming. Our home is located in Beaver Bay, 5 minutes to fast water, the marina boat launch, gas station, Discovery Bay Yacht Club, Marina Boardwalk Shops and The Boardwalk Bar & Grill.
Our waterfront property provides guests a large private dock to enjoy. We have some life-jackets on hand, but vacationers will have to bring their own boats. Boat rentals are also available nearby. Our extensive dock has enough space to berth multiple boats. Keep in mind a maximum of 3 vehicles will fit in the driveway, all other vehicles and trailers must be parked at the marina. Marina is less than 1 mile away. The open bay is perfect for stand-up paddle boards and recreational fishing. We have 2 kayaks and 4 bikes available to explore the community.

Our home offers all the conveniences you could wish for in an elegant get-away. We have hi-speed broadband internet service, a 75" Smart TV in the main room, which also has surround sound and Sonos Speakers deliver high-quality audio throughout the house and onto the back deck. A fully equipped laundry room is available for guests to use.
A large master suite with a cal king bed is located downstairs. There is a sliding glass door providing fresh air, a gorgeous view of the water and access to the deck. This bedroom has a 65" smart TV with separate sound bar. Upstairs there is another bedroom with sliding glass door facing the water and a small private lanai. This large bedroom has a cal king bed and a 55" smart TV with separate sound bar. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed; the 4th bedroom has 2 bunk beds. The lower bunks are full size beds that can easily sleep 2. A full bath is located upstairs and a separate half bath is located downstairs just off the main living area. The kitchen is equipped with dual ovens, a convection oven, and a microwave oven, toaster oven, gas stove with 5 burners plus a Keurig coffee maker, and a Ninja blender. No strong smelling / odiferous cooking is permitted in the house. ie: Curry, cumin, fish frying etc.

Our spacious deck is outdoor living at its best. This inviting area provides entertainment space perfect for family and friends to gather. Guests can use the Traeger smoker / barbeque to prepare outdoor meals. Bringing your own pellets is recommended. The large dining table seats 8 wih additional high bar table seating. If the weather cools down in the evening, the space can be warmed with 2 outdoor heaters.

The property offers an extraordinary central-location for out-of-state guests who want to fully engage in the Northern California experience. We are an hour’s drive from San Francisco’s fabulous downtown shopping, Fisherman's Wharf and historic cable cars.

We are an hour’s drive from fabled Napa Valley, with its incredible wineries and a three-hour drive from the majestic snow-capped mountains with world-famous ski resorts surrounding beautiful Lake Tahoe. Livermore valley wineries and large outlet shopping is also close by.

The Monterey Peninsula is only a two-hour drive south, so guests can get in a round of golf at one of the legendary golf courses — Pebble Beach, Monterey Pines, or Poppy Hills, to name a few. Or they can go on memorable deep-sea fishing excursions on Monterey Bay, go whale watching, or visit one of the planet’s most fabulous aquariums. A visit to Carmel-By-The-Sea’s picturesque shops, stunning beaches, ocean vistas, and the beautifully restored Carmel Mission provide a good reason all by itself to make the drive.

For history buffs, the Gold Country is only an hour’s drive east where you can visit sites from the Gold Rush era and enjoy the beauties of nature, watch the reenactment of a shoot-out or pan for gold at the restored town of Columbia. Or you can drink a whisky at a genuine 1800’s-era bar in one of the surviving towns.

Best of all, perhaps. Yosemite National Park is only a three-hour drive east. At some point, everyone should stand below the towering El Capitan or on the top of Glacier Point.

We respect our neighbors and the neighborhood and ask guests to show the same respect. No loud parties allowed. Sound travels easily around the bay, Turn down music and refrain from speaking loudly on the deck after 10:00 pm. No vulgar shouting and language. No smoking, no burning incense and no pets allowed.
