My husband and daughters stayed here for the 4th! WOW is all I can say! From the time got got here until the time we left we were pleased. Check in was the most simple. The assigned parking spot directly across from the elevators was so convenient and never had to search for parking. The oversized balcony and furniture was amazing, with great views! Thank you again for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Great location and incredible view of the Emerald Coastline. Clean unit with nice furniture. A little underwhelming with kitchen amenities/equipment, 2/3 TV remotes didn't work, and some of the linen needs to be replaced. A little snafu with the parking at the beginning with the owner quickly fixed. Good communication! We enjoyed out stay.

Sorry again for the parking situation. We couldn't anticipate the pipes in the parking deck having to be repaired. So glad they are done now. The coffee pot is an extra but the Keurig is full size. Thank you again for your patience and we would love to have you back.

By far the best property we have stayed in; just the view and balcony was worth the money! But the condo was spotless and had anything we would have needed! The King bed was so comfortable, both the hubs and I got some much needed rest this week. One of my other favorites things was the parking spot directly across from elevator…we never waiting the whole week for a ride! My only very minute complaint is the pool was very small but when you have the Gulf steps away, that is no issue really!!

We have stayed at 15-20 VRBO's / AirBnB's with 5-10 being on the beach. I've learned to expect very dated decorations, beat up furniture, rusted kitchen appliances, etc. Not this place! It was AWESOME! It finally felt like we were staying at a place where the owners actually live for a chunk of the year. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, beautiful leather couch and chair in the living room, tile floor in the main room and carpet in the bedrooms along with excellent black out curtains in the bedrooms. The balcony was huge and absolutely private. You just see the ocean, and no other balcony is staring at you. The furniture on the balcony also spoke to the love and care this owners give this place with really nice wicker furniture with thick cushions, rugs and a nice coffee table outside where we actually played some games. This is the nicest place we've stayed in and we would absoultely stay here again. It's refreshing to actually get a very clean, updated homey unit vs some of our past experiences that were clearly purchased 30 years ago with no owner visits since.My only comment if you are staying here is that if you plan on someone sleeping in the living room, the curtains are not blackout, so you might want a sleep mask if you don't plan on getting up early. One other thing, with these tall beach towers, we've had bad experiences were often there are only two elevators and they are slow. Not here. There are three, and they are quite fast.

This condo had everything that we needed. Very clean and huge balcony with nice furniture with an amazing view of the ocean. Location was great and away from the crowds. Parking was wonderful right in front of the elevator. 20 minutes to the airport was so nice. Two comfortable beach chairs with an umbrella. Victoria was wonderful with answering any questions you might have. Definitely a 10 out of 10 stay!!

This was our second stay in this condo. The place is well stocked and beautiful inside. The owner is very accommodating and actually helped us out when we arrived to find the pool was under repair during our stay. Being on the top floor also offers you some incredible sunset views.
