Step onto the sand right outside of the two Towers of Majestic to rent your beach equipment! Jet skis, parasailing, and banana boat rides are all directly outside your door!

Majestic Beach Resort offers 5 pools for our guests. Soak up the sun in one of our three outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools.

Our very own H2O Bar and Grill is open seasonally and is situated by 2 outdoor pools with a hot tub, one indoor pool, and includes Gulf-front views, serviced seating for lunch and dinner...and spectacular food and drinks!

The Majestic Market features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, pizza, pantry items, snacks, beach necessities and souvenirs (open seven days a week--seasonal hours vary).

The tennis courts at Majestic Beach Resort are now pickle ball courts and are free for our guests to use. The courts are located at the top of the parking garage on the north side of the property. We do not offer rackets or other tennis equipment for rent, but bring your own and enjoy the courts while you are here.

IN ADDITION: It is our desire to offer you the cleanest most sanitary environment in our condo, as well as the staff on site at The Majestic Beach Resort. At this time we are offering gym access to our guests, adults only, and it is unsupervised. We have a lanyard key in our condo... please ask owner about details... also there will be a $50 charge if the key is lost or not returned.

***NOTE: Unfortunately, as of this time, we were not able to secure the seasonal beach chair rental set due to their limited supply. However, we have provided 2 beach chairs and umbrellas for your use during your stay... located within our unit.

MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RESERVE. PROOF OF AGE MAY BE REQUESTED AT CHECK-IN.

NOTE: The Majestic Beach Resort is putting a new policy in place in 2024 regarding parking in the property's parking garage. I have never charged my guests for this service; however now each vehicle will be required to have electronic access to the property, which will cost a one time fee of $40 per vehicle, and I, as the owner, am required to charge each guest. THIS WILL NOT BE THROUGH VRBO, but via a private link that I will give you that you pay directly. More detailed info will be given you once you have booked.
