Beautiful log cabin in the heart of Island Park. Bear Tracks Loft is only 20 minutes to Yellowstone National Park, and right off several of Island Parks groomed trail systems. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries, recreational rentals, and upstairs from OutBack Realty, and Philly Properties. Great little commercial area for amenities within walking distance. Minutes away from the Henry's Fork of the Snake River, Henry's Lake, and Island Park Reservoir, and Island Park Golf Course. The loft offers Air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. Master bedroom and bath on the main level for extra privacy, and all other amenities are upstairs in the loft. Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms, and a full bath. Fully equipped kitchen with a large gathering space. Large vaulted ceilings with beautiful 14" logs. New bedding, dishware, cookware, and a 55" TV. Plenty of parking for any types of trailers or RV's.

Cabin was very clean and the setup was ideal for our needs. We were close to a small grocery and several restaurants. Most importantly the property was very convenient to West Yellowstone entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin.

Jamie was great to communicate with me. Had issues on my end with communication ( accidentally deleted emails) and she was readily available for answers. Bear Tracks was perfect for our family of 5. Informational folder was very detailed and had a box of varied snacks/drink mixes available for us which came in handy for our long days at the park.The manager or owner of this property has paid attention to the small details that make a big difference in the stay. This is a spacious accommodation. The only issue, if one at all, is making sure you give time in between showers for each person to have warm water. We would rent this property again.

Lovely cabin!

This cabin is great! The location is 21 miles south of Yellowstone, and it's a straight shot from the west entrance. There is a small market across the highway from it so that was convenient. There was a notebook that included the menus of all the nearby restaurants and other helpful information. The cabin was clean and all the furniture was nice. It was a perfect place to come back and relax after a long day at the park. After spending all day together, we were able to retreat to a room to decompress from the day. The beds were comfy and the decor is a really cute bear theme. We came across only one issue and I messaged the owner at 9 pm (so I wouldn't forget) and they offered to have someone over in the next 5 mins to fix! And they answered within minutes of me sending the message. Which I wasn't expecting because it wasn't an emergency. The place is great, and was perfect for our family of 4. 10/10 would definitely rent again!

Vert spacious and comfortable

This property was super comfortable, with plenty of room for at least 6 people. We had 4 with lots of ski and snowmobile equipment and were not crowded at all. 3 full bedrooms, downstairs room had it's own bathroom, which was great for privacy. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, lots of super cute decorations. We would definitely stay here again!

2 lower lights on north side and 2 upper lights on north side out. The front bedroom light just went out. 1 red dice missing; 1 stool missing from game table Lower bath sink doesn’t drain well The microwave needs to be anchored. Opening the door makes the machine move The fan needs a chain to turn on Tell people no closets in 2 bedrooms and no hangers in the one closet. Exterior pics are deceptive

Spacious and very well-equipped log cabin loft. Located above a realty office, in a v-shaped piece of land between two roads. Located about 25 minute drive from the West Yellowstone entrance with late September traffic.

Yellowstone adventure

This was the perfect spot for the first leg of our Yellowstone bucket list adventures. West Yellowstone is only 20 minutes away and a very easy drive from the Bear Tracks cabin. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. Jamie was very responsive with our one ask. We would definitely recommend the Trout Hunter for Breakfast. It is just a short and scenic drive. Might need a reservation for a big group or in a hurry. We were just four. Overall great experience. Thank you.

Smelled Great

My family and I were visiting Island Park for the first time and chose this property as our base for a couple days. While the location caught us off guard a bit, we were happy to find upon arrival the house smelled lovely and the host had some music going to welcome us. You could not tell this was a pet friendly home by how clean and well cared for it is. There was some property maintenance taking place on the outside but it didn't affect parking or access to the entrance to the property. The main road is easily accessible and there is a grocery store across the road. There are also good places to eat nearby. We would stay here again and recommend it to others wanting to explore the area.

We Love the cabin very clean! They have everything you need in the kitchen, The location is was great, they have stores just couple block away is you need something. What we love the most is was the comunicación with property manager the always reply very quick is you need something and very flexible. Thank you for everything. We definitely be back soon.

Relaxing and Convienent

My friends and I wanted a place where we would be comfortable so we could relax an spend time together. We had all the convienences of home. There was plenty of space, all appliances worked well and the snow didn't stop us from sitting on the deck and enjoying the sunshine. We will definitetly stay here again.

Island Park VRBO

Although this property was not listed as ADA accessible it did show a walk-in shower; therefore, we chose this unit because of this. The shower was located in the downstairs bedroom which was isolated from the other sections of the unit (unit shared with a business on the first level and the living area and 2 bedrooms were on the 2nd level); therefore, if you have someone that cannot handle stairs, this VRBO is not for you. It was listed as a 3 bedroom - it had 3 rooms with beds but only one bedroom had a closet with no hangers. This closet also had the washer/dryer. One bedroom had a dresser but the 3rd bedroom did not have any place to unpack your clothes-needed to keep them in the suitcase. While we spent the majority of the day in Yellowstone NP (great proximity), the evenings where spent at the VRBO. The TV had only streaming available - which none of us subscribe to. We found this odd as we couldn't even get the basic stations.

Fantastic Property

Great Location and Property. Jamie was fantastic. Responded immediately to our questions. She was kind enough to send a package to our home address that arrived the day after we departed. Located near restaurants and a direct drive to the town of West Yellowstone and the West Entrance to the park. We spent 10 days here and loved every minute.
