Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Laura! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the villa, its location, and that our responsiveness contributed to a great stay. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the kitchen equipment, extra towels, and the oven. We're sorry to hear that one of the ovens wasn't working. We only found out after your departure, and we truly wish it had been reported during your stay so we could have arranged a repair or solution right away. 🙏 Thank you again for staying with us. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Curaçao in the future!

Thank you very much for your review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the location, the comfort of the villa, and the pleasant breeze around the house. It’s great to know everything met your expectations and that you had such a nice stay at our place. You are always very welcome to stay with us again! Kind regards, Fam. Kroon

We always appreciate it when guests give us feedback, but we’d prefer it to be honest feedback. The stovetop was working perfectly when you checked in. The pool was also clean; it’s cleaned twice a week. Since you didn’t mention this during your stay, we’ll come by again to clean it. We fixed the pool light right away when you mentioned it. We explain how everything works at the check-in; guests are often tired from traveling, so we stop by again if there are any questions about the villa. We didn’t receive any from you. As for the Wifi: if many devices are in use, we can adjust the settings; if the issue isn’t a power outage, it’s due to the island’s network. It’s a pitty the inconveniences weren’t reported during your stay; we could have resolved them then. We hope you do so immediately if you rent a next villa and wish you all the best.

Thank you for staying with us, you were great guests! We would love to welcome you another time again.

Thank you for the kind review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the villa and your stay. We are sorry to hear that the electricity policy was not clear enough during your stay, as that is certainly not our intention. For clarity: normal electricity usage is included in the rental price. Only consumption above the included allowance is charged afterwards. This information is clearly mentioned in the VRBO listing and we also always share this again with guests after the booking through a private message. We appreciate the feedback and are always happy to welcome respectful and friendly guests like you. Thank you again for staying in our villa. Kind regards, Yvette
