Villa Zolaan, a modern 10 person villa a short walk from the beach of Jan Thiel

Villa Zolaan is a beautiful, 10 person villa located in the heart of the area Vista Royal within walking distance of the beach of Jan Thiel.

The completely walled garden is tropically decorated and offers space for at least 2 cars.

Upon entering you enter the living room which is equipped with a dining table and open kitchen with cooking island. The large lounge sofa in the adjoining sitting room stands in front of the widescreen TV on which you can watch almost all Dutch channels. Of course, the free WIFI is accessible here, but also in the rest of the villa.

The villa has 5 bedrooms with their own full bathroom en-suite and ample closet space. Lots of privacy for all guests.

Through large sliding doors you step onto the cozy terrace with the private swimming pool as the centerpiece. There are sun loungers around the pool for sunbathers and under the roof is a large dining table for cozy meals.

On the roof of the villa is a Sky lounge with a large palapa (canopy). From this cozy furnished roof terrace you have a sea view and you can enjoy the surroundings and the setting sun.

The supermarket and the beach of Jan Thiel with all its restaurants and beach clubs is only a 5-minute walk from the villa.

Villa Zolaan can only be rented for 14 nights during the Christmas period with arrival or departure date in the periode December 23. 2023 and January 7, 2024

A house is being built on the adjacent property. We expect that this will not bother you because there is quite a distance between the houses. We expect that the house will be finished around July 2024
