If instant booked for a party or event without our written authorization, your reservation will not be valid and it will be automatically canceled due to a breach of house rules.

*The use of this property rental is limited to the number of guests booked in your itinerary. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary or agreed-upon event will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night/day. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum number of occupants agreed upon.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
ACCOMADATION RENTAL:
* If more than 14 overnight guests, $30 per added person, per night.
*Guest visitors during the day are a $15/person/day fee for each additional guest on the property above the number of registered guests.

*The hot tub will be “winterized” from November to March. If you book a visit during those winter months and would like to use the hot tub, please notify us at least 24hrs in advance before your check-in date so we can have it turned on for you.

*We are on filtered well water at the retreat, please kindly conserve water. If there are any issues with water during your stay contact us immediately and we will resolve the problem.

*Early Check-in & Late check out:
There will be a fee of $150/hr for early check-in or late check-out upon availability.

*PET FEE: $100/PET
(There will be a $150/ pet fee charge for any unauthorized pet.)
