Such a beautiful house and the view is second to none. So many rooms with private bathrooms made all our guests feel so comfortable. Would recommend this house to anyone who is interested!

Great Local Retreat

We stayed here as part of a retreat for 13 team members. There was enough space for everybody and we enjoyed balancing work with fun. The house has lots of space and the recreational facilities were great!

Great place

The house is very spacious.Tremendous view with patio/pool/hot tub to enjoy! Pickle ball court was fun.Bedrooms have mostly in-suite bathrooms. Kris Anne was responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Perfect Gathering Place

Our families gathered to celebrate our mom’s 75th. The home is beautiful, exactly as represented online. Every room has its own bathroom, the kitchen is large and there are lots of comfortable places for groups to hang out. Would definitely recommend!

Great football trip

We did our annual college football trip and this house was perfect for our group. Pool and hot tub were fantastic! Tons to do outside with the property. Plenty of dishes/glasses for a big group. Movie room was great for watching games. Highly recommend!

Excellent property for a family staycation

Five out of five stars! Our stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The property was even more beautiful than the pictures, and it was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The location was ideal with an amazing view, and hot water infinity pool. The owner, Kris Anne, was incredibly responsive and helpful. She was quick to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a large vacation rental in the Bay Area. We can't wait to stay here again!

The property exterior is stunning with long-range views of the San Jose and the SF Bay. However, the interior is 180 degrees the opposite. We experienced roof leaks in the kitchen, toilets that do not work, no hot water in 3 bathrooms, fallen or broken tile in the master shower, and just a litany of other issues. This home needs a major investment on the interior to match the glorious exterior. We had some much hope and expectation from the photos, but no hot water is a dealbreaker for us.

I'm sorry you did not like the interior of the home. I thought we fixed the hot water. The property manager immediately responded to your message that there was no hot water. We apologize for the plumbing problems that occurred while you were there. Things break. We are waiting for the stone in the master shower. Been waiting for over a year now. Supply chain issues. I hope otherwise you had a nice stay.

Good - depends of what you need

Amazing views, huge place, great activities on the property. Furniture and fixtures are very old, kitchen appliances wonky, beds and pillows pretty uncomfortable. House manager amazing and responsive.

Great Stay... out dated bedding was a little unexpected..

Great property, super fun for a large family if you are down in the South Bay. Clean and easy. Pool and TV room were excellent and the grounds were awesome. The house desperately needs new beds and linens. All the bedding had extraordinarily dated heating blankets and sheets. It gave the impression I was sleeping in someone else's bed vs just a bed, which is pretty odd. All in all, really great stay and I would do it again- hopefully with new bedding!

Stunning Views, beautiful Property!

This house is stunning. The views are spectacular, the property is unbelievable, the amenities are wonderful. It is the biggest/nicest house I have ever stayed in and we were all dumbfounded. SO fun for the kids!! The tennis/pickle ball court, built into the ground trampoline, hot tub/pool and swing set were favorites of the weekend. Even played a huge family soccer game on their field! Some frustrations - the front door wouldn't open so we were stuck outside for hours on check-in until Sommer came to help. The hot tub was faulty and often we could not get it to heat up for long periods of time. The gardeners and tree pruners came during the stay and continually set off the front door alarm every 3 minutes which was moderately annoying and we couldn't figure out how to silence it. Due to the enormous price of the house, I would expect these little frustrations to be ironed out. That being said, Sommer was very helpful and kind, the house was gorgeous, and we had a WONDERFUL weekend.

We are so sorry that you experienced those inconveniences. The door was repaired right after your visit. We try to make sure the lawn maintenance man only comes when guests aren't there. He did come when you were there, so we apologize for that. And we made sure that the alarm on the doorbell we turned off, so no alarms any more when someone comes to the front door. The hot tub does take an hour to heat up in the winter months. We couldn't find any other issues with it, so we aren't sure what the issue was when you were there.

Family Gathering

This is a great place to get 10+ folks together all under the same roof without feeling crowded. The tennis court (and pickleball) was really fun and the big grass area is perfect for touch football. The pool is beautiful and so are the views and the overall setting. We will definitely plan another reunion again soon here!!!

Amazing view and lovely house

Kris Anne was communicative and her house was beautiful. It would have taken us a week to really take advantage of everything and I already miss the amazing view. Would certainly stay again. Don’t hesitate to stay here! It’s the best!

Great place and as advertised

We enjoyed our stay and the views/property are amazing. The house is very clean and as advertised. It is very private with no noise from neighbors. If you are coffee drinkers, I recommend bringing a coffee maker (the one in the house is small).

Hidden Gem

This house was fabulous for groups! It was literally built with large gatherings in mind! It has a large kitchen with plenty of fridge and freezer space. Every bedroom has its own bathroom - amazing! And there are so many fun activities to do on property - swim, trampoline, basketball, tennis, putting - that you never have to leave. We had so much fun staying here and would definitely come back!
