WATERFRONT HOME WITH PRIVATE GUEST ROOM WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE AVAILABLE

We have a single bedroom with a private entrance and private bathroom from a secluded courtyard available in our waterfront home. The bed is a queen size bed. You have a private designated off street parking spot included. One bedroom one bathroom with small kitchenette. Includes small fridge and full size microwave, no stove top. Cable TV and wireless internet access available. You have full access to the pool area and dock behind our home. Great fishing off the dock when the tide is right. Several fresh water springs just off the dock create a draw for many species of fish.
We are located 5-7 minutes from Clearwater Beach or Downtown Dunedin. Pinellas bike trail is less than 3 minutes away.
This is a no smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises policy, including outside.
Accommodates 2 adults, no children due to the non-fenced pool area. All water use activities are at your own risk. Check in is 3PM, Check out is 11AM. 30 day minimum stay.

Clearwater March 2020

The unit is just as described and the perfect location for our activities. The little “extras “ provided by the owners were thoughtful and very much appreciated! The owners were very friendly and attentive to any questions. Their home is surrounded by beauty and thankful that they shared it with us!

This was really a gem! Tucked back in a quiet street right along the waterfront. Super close drive to all the action on Clearwater Beach and a welcome refuge at the end of the day. The pool on the waterfront looked amazing (too chilly weather when I was there to use it).

Nice place to stay

We stayed in January, when it was too cold to take full advantage of the setting: the pool and the view from the dock. Alex and family welcomed us warmly and paid attention to our needs

This was a great place with private pool and our own fishing dock with awesome FL Fishing for Reds, trout, drum and sheepshead. Owner is very kind and helpful. Clean and quiet. Very close to Clearwater Beach.

Don't Hesitate to Stay Here!

Such a comfortable and welcoming place. Blows any hotel room out of the water! The location is almost exactly between Dunedin and Clearwater Beach. It is a quick and beautiful ocean view drive whichever way you go. The owners thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. So many extra touches. Just so you are aware you need to walk around the house and through a locked gate to get to the ocean, pool and dock area but it is worth it without a doubt. It is beautiful back there. We will be back. Thanks for everything, Alex!

Awesome spot on the water!

The unit was beautiful, well equipped with plenty of extras and the pool and patio are amazing! Having a cooler, beach chairs and access to kayaks was awesome! We took a few hours to paddle around the near islands and thoroughly enjoyed our time on the water. The islands were all beautiful in their own unique way!

A perfect getaway!

This is exactly what I was looking for. Ruth and Alex were so generous and kind. They checked in with me to see if I needed anything. The room was a perfect size and super clean. The bathroom was spacious. The location is perfect if you are wanting to catch the ferry to Clearwater Beach or a few miles away to Honeymoon Island. The dock...oh my the dock...if you want to see an amazing sunset, do not miss the dock! The pool was very inviting and the outdoor setup was perfect to relax in. There is a beautiful courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or a book. It was perfect! Thank you again! I hope to return!

Amazing!

If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would! Everything was great! More than anything is the location. This home had a great location by the water and the Pool view is great! We absolutely loved the sundowns at the Pool area. We used the Pool about 5 times and we loved it! Amazing view. It was about a 15 min drive to downtown clear water beach. We were so comfortable at the room. The bed was so comfy. Alex was great! I would recommend this location.

Peaceful getaway, centrally located

Quaint & clean with everything you need. A great location to base out of for visits to different parts of the area. We enjoyed morning runs, and coffee on the dock. Communication with the owner was great!

Beautiful vacation getaway

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Clearwater. The VRBO included everything we needed for our stay. This property has such a beautiful and relaxing view from the pool and dock access. We really enjoyed using the kayaks along the intercoastal. The Clearwater Ferry was a fun, nearby option to get over to the beaches while avoiding any bridge traffic. We also caught the Suncoast Beach Trolley from downtown Clearwater to go check out St. Pete Beach. Ruth and Alex were excellent hosts and very welcoming to any questions or accommodations. We would definitely recommend for those looking for a quiet, private getaway!

Great experience

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, everything was perfect! The place was even better than described, we had everything we needed. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to have been able to enjoy the pool. We sure hope to stay here again on our next visit Mike & Laura

Perfect Vacation Stay

My daughter and I had an amazing stay! The bed was cozy, the atmosphere was relaxing, and Kyle was extremely helpful! While we spent most of our time away from the VRBO, my daughter spent some time one morning reading a book in the courtyard. It was beautiful! The waterfront was very nice--I wish we had had time to use the kayaks and pool! I also appreciated that his VRBO was close to so many tourist attractions. Thanks Kyle, for helping us pick restaurants and attractions that matched our interests--and providing beach chairs and other extras to make our stay even more comfortable. Your hospitality was phenomenal!

A beautiful and peaceful retreat

The property is beautiful with ease of access to all major roadways for sightseeing and exploring. The accommodations were excellent, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. I would recommend this property for your stay in the Clearwater/St. Pete/Tampa area.
