Clearwater Beach Studio- On The Water and Walkable to Fun!!

Thank you for your review and feedback! We love to hear that you enjoyed the heated pool at the complex and the proximity to the beach. This is a studio, so it is on the smaller side in comparison to 1-2 bedroom condos of course, but it is larger than a hotel room!

Thank you for your review and feedback! We were unaware the City was doing some road work- it must have been a short project because it is already completed. Thank you for staying with us!

Thank you for your review and feedback! We're happy to hear that you enjoyed this lovely condo and the quiet neighborhood it is located in, and that you had a restful vacation! Most beach buildings have smaller lots, but thankfully there is some street parking along side this building if our assigned spot didn't work out for you. The chairs and loungers around the pool can be moved around to fit your needs as desired. Thanks so much for staying with us and for your 5 star rating!

Thank you for your feedback. This unit is in an older building, and is not as updated as other units along Clearwater Beach, but our pictures are completely accurate and show the entirety of the unit with detail, and we pride ourselves on providing a clean and comfortable unit that is in working order. The door lock is brand new and has no issues, it is just a coded lock so you may not be used to that type of lock. This is a studio, so the space is not huge, and it only has a kitchenette (as pictured and described). The view off the balcony of the bay and docks is also just as pictured, it has boat docks that have boats in them, so it isn't a wide open view of the water. We apologize if this unit did not fit what you were looking for- if you were interested in something bigger, we highly recommend renting a one bedroom or two bedroom unit to fit your specific preferences, as it sounds like a studio is not what you were interested in. Thank you for staying with us, we hope you enjoyed this lovely section of Clearwater Beach!

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the peaceful location away from the busier areas, as well as the cleanliness of the condo and the amenities provided. As noted in the description and shown in the photos, this is a studio condo, meaning the living, sleeping, and kitchen areas share the same open space without separate rooms/ walls. The pictures and description are accurate and updated to show exactly what the condo looks like- nothing has been changed. We recommend if you are looking for a bigger space to search for 1 or 2 bedroom condos next time. Otherwise this is a great option for a group of 4 traveling and wanting to explore Clearwater Beach and all the wonderful walkable things close to this condo.

Thank you so kindly for your 5 star rating!
