Seven house kayaks are waiting for you to take them down to our dock on the Presumpscot river. Visit Portland then relax around the firepit. Enjoy the huge, flat lawn, with lawn games, a propane grill, fire pit, and picnic tables. Walk to town to visit the Mast Landing brewery, the backroom at Profinos , other restaurants and the riverwalk. Riverside Golf course is minutes away. A mix of king/queen/full, twin/bunk beds, plenty of showers and baths, a family room with a big TV. Dogs on approval. No checkout duties.

Fifteen minute drive to Portland. Seven minutes to the turnpike so you can get everywhere: Airport, coastal Maine. Short drive to Sebago lakes region. Three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The first floor has a full kitchen, a half-bath, a family room with large TV and couches and a large bedroom. The first floor addition has two bunk beds, a full bed, two twin beds, a half-bath and two showers.
