The Space:

Upon entering the home you’ll be greeted by laidback island decor and vast ocean views. The Tommy Bahama Tiki inspired apartment, over looking the marina located in the 5th building, offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Free Parking, High-Speed WiFi, Fully equipped kitchen- Washer and dryer. Self check-in anytime after 4pm.



Gather in the spacious LIVING ROOM with your family and play a board game from the many you will have to choose from. There is also a large flat screen television to enjoy a movie for a quiet night in.

The KITCHEN is stocked with all the cooking essentials and appliances.

The PRIMARY BEDROOM features a KING sized bed, flat screen television and ensuite full bathroom with a step in shower.

The GUEST BEDROOM has TWO TWIN sized beds and connected bathroom that features a shower/tub combo.

For your convenience, an in-suite LAUNDRY center so no laundromats for this vacation!



Conveniently located between Islamorada and Key Largo, perfect for sport fisherman and dive enthusiast, Ocean Pointe Suites offers everything that you are looking for when seeking an extraordinary vacation.

*Your condo will come stocked with the following items in your Welcome Kit to get you started for a fun and relaxing stay in the Upper Keys: two rolls of toilet paper (one in each bathroom); one roll of paper towels in the kitchen; dishwashing capsules; laundry detergent capsules or liquid; one pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom; trash bags; hand soap; and dish soap

ON 60 ACRES IN KEY LARGO, THIS OCEANFRONT CONDO IS JUST 10 MILES FROM JOHN PENNEKAMP CORAL REEF STATE PARK AND 1.7 MILES FROM THE WILD BIRD CENTER. THE FLORIDA KEYS IS HOME TO SOME OF THE BEST FISHING, SNORKELING AND DIVING IN THE WORLD. KEY LARGO'S PROXIMITY TO THE EVERGLADES ALSO MAKES IT A PREMIER DESTINATION FOR KAYAKERS AND ECOTOURISTS. THE DRIVE TO KEY WEST IS APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS SOUTH AND IS REMARKABLE! THE FLORIDA KEYS OFFER A FANTASTIC VARIETY OF RESTAURANTS, BUT WITH THE BOUNTY OF FRESH SEAFOOD AVAILABLE ITS NOT SURPRISING THAT THE CUISINE OF THE KEYS IS LARGELY BUILT AROUND THE CATCH OF THE DAY.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

PARKING FOR 2 CARS MAX.



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs. If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
