Beautiful Lakefront Home, Amazing Big Water Views

You have to see this gorgeous 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with big lake views and perfect location on the south side of Lake Oconee. This home has a fire pit, a 70 inch outdoor TV with ample seating, and deep water off of the max dock which is perfect for swimming or other water activities.

After walking through the front door, renters are greeted with a modern kitchen and immediate views of the water. The Master bedroom is on the main level, and it is furnished with a king Green Avacado mattress (ranked #1 inner coil mattress on Consumer Reports) and a 65" 4K HDTV. You will also find 2 additional bedrooms on the main level which share a bath.

The basement features a large living area with a 65" 4K HDTV, along with plush reclining couches. This level officially has 2 bedrooms, but in actuality there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Walk out from the basement level onto the covered patio and enjoy the views of Lake Oconee! Basement Patio also has ample comfortable adirondack chairs and 70 inch HDTV.

The upstairs level features 4 bunk beds and a sitting area with 65" 4K HDTV.

Renters will be required to submit names, ages, and the total number of occupants during the stay. We will not allow more people to be at the home than what is approved with the rental. Individuals not staying in the home as part of the rental agreement are not allowed on the premises or inside the home unless approved by owner such as a caterer. We expect renters to be courteous and respectful of our close neighbors and avoid playing loud music or noises after 10pm. We do not allow pets or smoking on the premises. Guests must leave the home in good condition as it was when rented with things picked up and the kitchen clean or deductions will come out of the security deposit.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. Depending on property occupancy, early check in or late check out may be an option. Please check at time of booking if needed. Detailed house information will be sent prior to arrival and will be available at the house for review. Additional information such as local restaurants and activities to enjoy in the area will be included in the welcome area. Details regarding house entry access will be provided just before check in.

Fire pit can be used if renters desire. Wood can be purchased at local stores. The pit should be cleaned out prior to leaving or a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.

Housekeeping touch up service can be arranged for an additional fee. Please let us know at booking if you would like this service to ensure availability. We REQUIRE a touch up service if you are staying a week or more.
