Melissa was a very good host. The property has an amazing balcony and view of the river. This unit is the last in the complex, so there are no buildings beyond this unit to block the wonderful view.

Excellent Family Stay on the Bay!

This property and the owner was nothing short of perfection. From the initial communication before checking in, to guiding us around the property and even going the extra mile with my sister who had an issue with another VRBO cancellation, placing her in a beautiful property last minute. I’ll definitely be booking with Melissa again!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the condo. We were there for the music festival. The condo has breathtaking views. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to have space. Wish we had had more time to just hang out at the house!!

Great location

Great location. Robinson Island is just a short boat ride away. Loved staying on the bay side and watching the boat traffic. Condo was spacious and a perfect place for our group.

Excellent view

We especially enjoyed the view. All of the boats coming through the pass were enjoyable to watch. Also the fires were great. We were there on the 4th of July.

We were so pleased with the condo. Plenty of space, very clean, great view of the bay and all the boats. It was just perfect for us. Owner was very kind and checked on us a couple of times. We would definitely recommend it.

Beyond Expectations!

I knew from the listing that the condo would be nice, but was amazed at how beautiful the place was. We had guest from Germany joining us, and they were impressed as well. From the furnishings to the cookware, everything was first class. The balcony was huge, and in the mornings you have a great view of the sunrise. Melissa was a great host, and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Family vacation

Great place and beautiful view. The Pictures don’t do it justice as to how nice it is. The only very minor negative was the living room furniture was a bit tired and uncomfortable and there were some scattered debris and items from the previous guests who had apparently left it in quite a mess. Would definitely stay In this condo again.

Beautiful view

Overall the place is very nice. It was clean and the view was gorgeous. We had a couple of issues with the key not working and with one of the toilets but it was taken care of promptly. I gave it 4 stars because it really wasn’t oceanfront and that’s what I was looking for. It had a beautiful view of the bay but the ocean was on the other side and you could only see a small part from the corner of the balcony. To get to the beach you have to ride the trolley or drive across the street. The pools however were amazing!

4th of July Stsy

This property needs a very good cleaning and some maintenance work. I understand that people don’t take care of rental properties and that is a problem. But simple things such as fixing shower and bathtub drains. Emptying a room humidifier. Sheets needed replaced and tv was broken in 2 rooms. The main living tv was not replaced until Tuesday night and we had to install it. Granted we did tell the owner we would install it to hurry up the process. We never told her about the one in the second master. Great location but I don’t think we will ever stay there again. Too messy for us.

Not clean

This is a difficult post. Melissa was kind and called us the day of check in- which I appreciated. She had a reunion that night and so we tried to honor her time. By the time we arrived, we were disappointed with the condo. I won’t get into the details, but it wasn’t clean, there were broken items, and it wasn’t up to the standards we would expect for a high end rental. When I called her the next morning, she was kind enough to agree to a refund. Unfortunately, we had to find another rental and the check in wouldn’t be until 4. Even though she told us to take our time, she was dissatisfied in the time it took to exit the premises. Understandably so, she couldn’t get her cleaning crew into the unit in time to rent it again so she charged us for an additional night. She did refund the remainder of the trip and I am thankful for that. But…none of this would have happened if the condo was beautiful and clean.

Beautiful Condo

Our family just returned from our vacation, and this condo was perfect! Everything was clean and the view of the bay was beautiful! We had 6 adults, 3 kids and 1 teen and had plenty of room. The little ones all slept in the living room. A big thank you to the owner for letting some of our family in early to rest because they had driven all night. They cleaned around them and it was no problem at all. The pools were clean and wonderful as well. The employees at the Tiki hut were very nice and helpful. They even walked around the lazy river to ask if anyone needed anything! We never had a problem getting lounge chairs, although I will say the first floor pool with the slides was the most crowded, but we always managed to get a couple of chairs to at least sit our towels on. There is a Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart less than 10 min away and several places to eat as well. Winn Dixie had the best prices, I felt that Walmart was overpriced. We ate at several restaurants, Tacky Jacks, Live Bait, Ribs and Reds, Mikee's and all were good, but the BEST place of all was Colbalt's, which is within walking distance from the condo. We would've eaten there more if we had known. Their prices were no higher than any other place as well. It is true that it is a long walk to the beach. We did as another review had mentioned and just drove, which took less than 2 minutes. With the view of the bay being so beautiful, no one in our group missed being ON the ocean. We all enjoyed watching the boats come and go from the dock. We also went to The Track and Adventure Island. The Track was by far better for go-carting! They had 3 large tracks and a few different kiddie rides, where as Adventure Island only had one go-cart track. We are sad to be home and are planning on a return trip next year and will be renting from this owner again if it is available!

A very enjoyable spring break

6 adults and 1 child. We stayed for 6 nights and never ran out of things to do. The view is spectacular! The beds were comfortable and all appliances worked! Plenty of linens. I believe the only thing I could suggest is a good cleaning on the floors. Maybe provide a decent broom too. Loved our stay!
