Enjoy the best views in Orange Beach from your private balcony! One of this unit's greatest selling points is the extra large wrap-a-round balcony offering panoramic views of the water from the Alabama Point bridge to Cotton Bayou, Terry Cove & Old River.

Located on the 6th floor of building B, this spacious condo is one of the larger units in the Caribe Resort complex. At just over 1800 sg ft, this unit offers a large master suite with a king sized bed and incredible views of the water. The master bath features a double vanity, walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub and spacious master closet. There are two additional bedrooms, each with their own full bath. One guest room features a queen size bed, large closet & private full bathroom. The 2nd guest room features 4 twin bunk beds, large closet & a third bathroom. The large, open concept kitchen, dining room & living room ensures that everyone enjoys the view. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, dining ware, glassware, toaster oven, InstaPot, coffee maker & more. The unit also features a separate wet bar with bar sink, filtered drinking water & ice maker. The living room features a large sectional couch with one sleeper sofa & one traditional sofa.

Gorgeous view and all the comforts of home!

We really enjoyed our week watching the dolphins, sunsets, and boats on the balcony! The condo had all of the comforts of home and the check in process was a breeze!

Immaculate condo with a perfect view!

My family and I have stayed at various condos at the Caribe over 15 years. This unit was one of the cleanest and well maintained we have stayed in. I also shop for units with good views of the pass and Robinson Island. This unit has a perfect view. We'll be back!

Great location and well appointed

My family and I had a great stay. The condo is really well appointed and so nice. We have stayed at Caribe many times over the years and this had possibly been our favorite unit. We truly appreciate the small things like the kitchen being nicely stocked and the bathrooms having liquid soap. The location is prime to see all of the activity in Wolf Bay, including dolphin and manatee sitings. You can tell this is a family condo that is extremely well cared for. If we go back to Caribe, we would 1000% want to stay here again.

Spring Break 2025

We stayed March 28-April 4 for our family’s spring break vacation. My husband’s brother and his wife stayed with us as well. This wasn’t our first stay at The Caribe, hopefully it won’t be our last either. The condo was super accessible. Everything we needed to start our vacation was available. The property was clean. Check in and check out was seamless. When we had a concern, Kevin addressed it right away. He made sure to let us know that he was available in case we required further assistance. I would definitely recommended staying at Kevin’s property at The Caribe. .

Comfort of home with an AMAZING view

Working with Kevin was easy, the condo was clean and lots of room for larger group staying. Caribe is our families favorite place to stay in Orange Beach so much to do, lots of pools, hot tubs and a lazy river with a bar.

Wonderful condo

We have stayed at the caribe 5 or six times. This has been our favorite Condo so far. Will be coming back again. It was clean, comfortable, and sat on the balcony and watched the dolphin swim by every morning we were there.

It Doesn't Get Better

My family has been coming to Caribe for the last 8 years. This condo became our favorite and will be the one we stay at from now on. The owner, Kevin, was very responsive and even let me know that the unit would be available early. He said that his family stays in the condo a lot and it is obvious because it had so many more conveniences than the typical rental. The beds and sheets were the same quality I have at home. There were kitchen conveniences that none of the other condos had: tupperware, foil, seasonings, extra garbage bags, dishsoap, sponges, etc. There were floats, beach chairs, and boogey boards for our use. The unit has its own luggage cart. There is a linen closet full of towels (usually units only include one towel per guest). We can't wait to come back!

Amazing unit and host!

This unit and host are amazing. The check in process was a breeze which was much easier than the check in process for other units we’ve stayed at in the Caribe past years. The unit was very clean and the furniture was impeccable and nicely decorated. The unit is well stocked not only with extra essentials but also with items like a cart for use which was super helpful for unloading, loading, and taking stuff back and forth to the boat. It saved us from having to hunt for one of the “property” general use ones. The host did an amazing job communicating and was always very accommodating. We will definitely be renting this unit in the future.

Family Beach Getaway

We love the Caribe! The condo was super nice, clean and spacious. I really loved that there were so many necessities available (dish soap, detergent, trash bags). The owner was very helpful and attentive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking again!

The most perfect condo

I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay. We have been going to the caribe since 2019, this is by far the best condo we’ve every stayed in. Can’t wait to book again for our next trip! An amazing experience and the nicest host!

Wonderful condo!

We loved staying in the Cross’s condo. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and the linen’s were high quality. One very important thing is that the water for ice in the refrigerator as well as the water at the bar were filtered, so it is not necessary to buy filtered water. There were lots of little extras which made for a lovely stay. We plan to return next year! The condo is lovely, well decorated, and the view fantastic.

Amazing condo in a great location!

The condo outdid expectation. I will admit I was a bit skeptical after hearing from a bunch of other sources about renting through VRBO as opposed to renting from Caribe Directly. But it was a very pleasant stay at a very well maintained and equipped unit. Very comfy beds, pillows, blankets, well equipped kitchen and laundry room. And all resort amenities are able to be used just as if you rented through Caribe directly. We brought a boat and kept it in a slip behind the resort in direct view of the balcony. Super easy check in and check out. Would definitely like to come back and stay again in the future. Thank you Kevin.

Great Condo! Great View!

Condo is well stocked. We’ve stayed at the Caribe for 15 plus years now and this was definitely one of the nicer ones. Beautiful view of the bay and closest to the B pool (our fave) and Cobalt (great Happy Hour!). Communication with Kevin was easy as well. 10/10 recommend!
