We are just outside of Phoenix Arizona in the exclusive community of Litchfield Park, a small town where you can walk around the upscale neighborhood, complete with parks and a fishing lake, or to the historic Wigwam Resort with delightful bars and restaurants just a stone's throw away. We are on the 2nd hole of the Blue Golf Course and the views from the large sliding glass door and patio are sweet!

We are only 8 miles or 13 minutes from the Cardinal's State Farm Stadium, shopping at Tanger Outlets and all the fun at Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale Arizona. Within an 11-minute drive to the spring training Baseball fields at Camelback Ranch, home to the Dodgers and White Sox, and Luke Air Force Base. We are 7.5 miles from Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium and so much more! Hiking, lakes, etc.

Make yourself at home in the completely private and self-contained guest house. You will enjoy your own parking space, private entrance, a fully fenced-in yard complete with bbq grill, seating, and a safe place for your furry friend to roam. The master bedroom has a King sized sleep number bed and extra comforters and pillows and it's own fenced in patio. The den has a full sized futon and can be used as a kids room or a sitting area. The living room has a super comfy fold out full size sleeper sofa with extra linens in the huge den closet. Your full kitchen has all appliances and even has a washer/dryer combo unit. You will enjoy the weather and golf course views, complimentary wireless Internet and cable.
