Great location, a bit outdated.

We’ve stayed at Villamare before and the location is great. This condo was no exception to that. Near the pool, fitness center, short walk to the beach. The balcony was pretty with a view of the ocean. The condo itself was nice but unfortunately not very clean. There were hairs in the master bed, stains on the comforter in the guest room, the oven had food caked on the edges and the floors were dirty. The decor was a bit outdated but was fine. Honestly the place overall was nice it just seemed like the cleaning company dropped the ball. Overall the price was reasonable and for our fam of 4 it was fun.

Excellent property and location, but…

This property was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The kitchen is truly fully stocked (we did bring our own crockpot but needed little else). Appliances are like new and the washer and dryer were amazing to have. My husband and my 6 year old son felt right at home here! The only thing we were really surprised by/ disappointed in was the quality of the beds, which would actually keep us from booking this property again. All 3 beds are very hard and the sheets were so rough like a cheap hotel :( The curtains were very sheer as well, and the exterior lights in the complex are very bright at night. For the money we spent, we had higher expectations in this area. Other than the beds, we had a really great experience!!

Great location and amenities

The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. Very close to the beach. Everything was great. If you like a soft bed you might not sleep great, but if you like a firm bed this is your place! Will definitely come back.

Great location, friendly staff.

My daughter loved seeing the turtles in the pond, and it was easy for my 81-year-old mother to walk down to the beach. The indoor pool is nice if you need to get out of the sun. Parking in the garage is a bit tight, literally, so I would think twice about bringing the Sequoia/Armada/Navigator L/Escalade ESV/Yukon XL/Expedition Max/or the like, unless you don't mind parking outside in the sun.

Fabulous HHI vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Villamare!! It’s the perfect location in Palmetto Dunes with easy access to the beach, the General Store and Shelter Cove. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful spacious villa with great ocean view!

LOVED, loved, loved our stay @your villa! Our living space was roomy with a "beachy" decor - kitchen and bathrooms clean and nicely updated! Can't say enough about the FANTASTIC views of the ocean. This complex really has it all - easy access to beach, indoor/outdoor pool, gym, nearby access to walking paths, general store, etc. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Did I mention I love this villa??

Great vacation, great unit for a family of 4!

We have stayed in this complex before but this way by far the best unit we have rented. Very nice, newer, model appliances as well as nice bathrooms. Kitchen is actually well stocked with just about anything you might need. Great location to the pool and beach. Only negative was the patio furniture needs attention. The furniture on the main patio was decent (not great..but functional) however the furniture off the quest bedroom (kid's room) was severely rusted with several sharp edges and pieces falling off, completely unusable. Still, we would definitely stay here again.

Nice updates, but small

Overall I would say we enjoyed our stay in this condo. We’ve always stayed in Palmetto Dunes but this was our first time at Villamare. The location is perfect. Close to the General store and to the bike shop. The indoor heated pool came in handy since the week of our stay ended up being a bit chilly. Though the outdoor pool was advertised as being heated, it still felt too cold for our young kids. The condo itself was very clean and updated. The bedrooms are a great size. However, I would say that the living room, dining area, and kitchen felt a bit tight. The bulkhead over the kitchen made it feel even smaller. We cooked a few times but did not like the fact that there was no overhead range fan or any way to vent the kitchen area. The master shower water pressure was also too strong. I would recommend this place for smaller families (4 people or less).

This was a perfect spot for our spring break. Beautiful condo updated and very clean. Great location and beautiful complex with easy beach access. Kids loved the pool and walking to the general store.

Girls Weekend

Beautiful updated condo was a perfect place to relax for a girls weekend. The condo has new floors, updated bathrooms and all new appliances. It has a gorgeous view from both balconies and has all the comforts of home. The decor is very inviting and has a wonderful beach feel. We loved the bench seating at the dining room table as we were able to comfortably seat 6 of us at the table for dinner. There is plenty of space and the open floor plan does not make it feel crowded. Will definitely recommend this to others and can't wait to stay here again!!

Nice Condo

This condo was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and well-stocked with necessities. We enjoyed the lovely ocean view from the balcony, and the flat screen TV's were great. Although the kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating, they were functional and clean. This condo was an exceptional value. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to friends and family, and would happily stay there in the future.
