1503 Villamare is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom spacious oceanfront villa. You will feel like you are on a beach vacation with all the coastal decorations and beautiful direct ocean views.
Beautiful LVP floors go throughout the villa. In the fully stocked kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The adjacent dining room has a table with seating for four and bar seating for two. In the living room is a large sectional sofa, and a 65” Smart TV. Through the sliding doors is a covered balcony where you have a high-top table that seats four. You will love listening to the sounds of the ocean and enjoying the ocean breeze!
Off the living room is the master suite that features a king size bed and 50” Smart TV. This room has an ocean view and access to the covered balcony. An en-suite private bathroom that has a double vanity, separate tub and toilet room and newly updated walk-in shower. Back by the front door, to the left, is the guest bedroom with two queen beds and a 42” Smart TV. This room also has access to a private covered balcony with two chairs. The private bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower and toilet.
Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed throughout these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.
Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants and shops. The “Dunes Buggy” is a complimentary shuttle that transports all resort guests March 17th through Labor Day Weekend within the resort and over to the shops and restaurants and stores in Shelter Cove.
You will need to pay Palmetto Dunes security directly for your gate pass(s), $35 per week per vehicle then proceed to the property. This property has keyless entry using a unique four digit code that will be explained in your entry instructions available two to three days prior to your arrival.
OUTDOOR POOL: The pools are normally open March 15 -November 30 and are heated March 15 -April 30 and October 15 - November 30th (dates are subject to change at Board’s discretion). During the closed season, the deck is still open for those who wish to use it. The kids’ pool is open April 1st-September 30th and the hot tub is open year-round.
INDOOR POOL & FITNESS CENTER:
The indoor pool and health club are open daily 8am-5pm and is for use by Villamare owners and their guests only. Guests must show proof of their stay at Villamare by presenting their vehicle pass or rental confirmation.
Unfortunately we cannot allow pets as noted on our sites. Only owners are allowed to have pets, and the HOA knows who they are as each dog has a specific tag. The HOA also has a zero-tolerance rule, so if pets are spotted on the premises, they will be reported to the HOA Board and the guest will incur a $500 fine so please, leave all furry friends at home.
And although it’s rare, the HOA and regime may have to do maintenance on the buildings. We block the calendar when we know but sometimes we don’t. We appreciate your patience during those unknown times :-)
