It is just a few minutes from downtown and bathhouse row, and 1 minute off of Central Avenue. And just 1 minute from groceries and a great liquor store. There are restaurants 2-4 minutes away. Lake Hamilton Marinas and boat rentals are 2-3 minutes away.
The cottage is 600 feet off of the road with paved driveway which gives a secluded private feeling. The home is about 500 feet from main house with privacy fencing between. For colder months there is a wood burning stove with firewood provided.
Just outside the front door there is a wood deck with rockers to enjoy the property from.
The home sleeps 4. The main bedroom is a new king size with new mattresses and bedding. The second bedroom is a queen size bed with new mattress.
The home is fully updated and renovated . All furnishings are also new.
