Welcome to our cozy studio located within the Holly by the Sea, Navarre, Florida. Private full size studio with essential amenities; bathroom, kitchen, and common area. Located in a quiet and calm community; we are conveniently located between Pensacola beach and Navarre Beach. Studio is attached to main house. Newly renovated space, full kitchen, full size bathroom. 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen sofa bed, 1 single bed w/trundle and private entrance to studio.

Great Place

Super cute space. Very clean, plenty of room, thoughtful amenities. Minutes away from restaurants and the beach. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet

We were delighted with our stay at your Vrbo. A few blocks from the relatives we were visiting with and just a stones throw to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. Entrance to the room was right off the driveway, making it easy to come and go quietly. The only amenity that would have helped, was a hook in the bathroom closer to the shower so we didn’t need to walk across the room while wet. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re visiting.

Hidden Gem

What a beautiful little apartment! Pat thought of everything! Beach towels, chairs & beach bags, tea/coffee, spices for cooking, lotions, shampoos, plenty of bathroom towels, ice, cleaning supplies and so much more. The apartment is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The beds were cozy and the sheets were so soft. The heat/ac unit was super quite. The housing area was very nice and we heard no noise at all from traffic. Only about 10mins from Navarre Beach. I would definitely stay there again. Ty Pat & family for a relaxing stay.

Perfect place for our family!!!

We had 3 adults and it was just perfect for us!! Lots of space to move around, great coastal decorating vibe which we love and super clean. Patricia and Rudy were super hosts...anything we had questions with they were quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved that we could cook most of our meals at home with a full size fridge, stove, and microwave. Great neighborhood...we actually went an did a couple of house tours while we were there...we love Navarre so much!!! Since we were there to see family it was great to be so close to them and we could go to the beach most every day we were there! The weather was perfect during the day the entire month we were there. We loved that there were no steps getting in and out, made loading and unload the van so easy!! Thank you so much for such a great place to hang out!! We loved the ducks...they were a hoot! The only thing that would have been super nice to have is a hose by the door to get the sand off before coming inside we ended up filling up our cooler and left a cup in it to get what we could off but the water got super hot...we just had to sweep the floor daily to get the sand out otherwise everything was better than expected. We wll be back for sure!!! Thanks for wonderful vacation!

Quiet pretty neighborhood. Clean, I felt safe. Parking close to door.

Nice, quiet, clean. Adequately furnishings. I would like to have had a full length mirror, as I was getting ready for my grand daughter's wedding. Ac control was up too high, I needed to stand on the bed to reach the off, as it was too cool for this Florida Grammie. Most northerners would enjoy the too-cool.. ha. So really no complaints. I enjoyed having the kitchen, due to dietary needs. Although, I enjoyed a few meals out With the family. Great place to visit, and The Wedding was The Prettiest setting, at the beach, reception at The Bridal House, was Fantastic Awesome with the sunset backdrop.

Great Value

This property was just what I needed. It had everything that I required. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fine with full sized appliances. The sofa was in the perfect place for watching TV. The was plenty of drawer space for unpacking. I loved hearing the frog and toads chirping at night. My only suggestions would be to place a small mirror near the electrical outlet in the bathroom and maybe a towel hook near the shower in the bathroom. I was unable to use a hair dryer and curling iron while looking in the mirror. This place was a great value for the price.

Cute studio, Perfect for us!

This studio was perfect for our family of 5! It had everything we needed, was clean and furnished with some really cool pieces. The owners made great use of every space! We would definitely rent it again. The only thing I wish we had was a water hose near the front door to rinse off the sand before going inside from showers etc other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful!!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect and studio is laid out wonderfully with plenty of space. It was very clean and had everything you could need for a beach stay (and more!). Patricia was also very accommodating, easy to contact, and responsive with my questions. I would highly recommend this listing and would definitely book again. ☺️

Wonderful getaway

This little gem was amazing. The perfect size for the 2 of us, and we were lucky to have found it available for our dates so last minute. Although we had no interaction with the hosts, we felt very welcome, while also feeling very independent.

Mother Daughter Spring Break
