This ground floor studio offers a king size bed, private bathroom and seating/dining area in an open concept layout. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, portable 2 burner cook top, indoor grill, and toaster. There is a tv provided and a separate washer and dryer as well. Enjoy your mornings and evenings while you relax on the spacious patio. Drive an electric car? There is also a Nema 14-50 outlet for EV charging!

Minimum stay of 7 days.

Pet Policy: Dogs are the only pets permitted at the property. All dogs must be at least six months old and fully housebroken. Please note that dogs are not permitted on Navarre Beach, including the public beach access areas. The nearest dog-friendly beach is located in Pensacola. Thank you for helping us comply with local regulations and property policies. A $200 per pet fee will apply for each dog.
