❗️Important Considerations... let's be sure the Country Cottage is the right fit for you and your group:
1. Rental Agreement: Must sign agreement & provide ID within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours). Failure to sign will result in cancelation with applicable cancelation penalties.
2. Occupancy: Max 8 persons at the home at any given time, including non-overnight guests. This count includes adults, children and infants.
3. Minimum Age: Booking guest must be age 21+ (or active military) & occupant of the Property.
4. Accessibility: Access via small flights of stairs at all entrances to home.
5. Location: On bustling street, you may hear some street noise in the front living and front bedroom area.
6. Fencing: Front yard fenced but spaces where smaller dogs or children could potentially escape.
7. Saturday check-ins/checkouts: not available
8. TVs: streaming services only; no local cable.
9. Pet Policy: DOGS ONLY. NO CATS or any other pets/ reptiles. Well-behaved, potty-trained dogs welcome with non-refundable fee of $25/ night/ dog (if not selected at time of booking, will be requested post booking). Must register in advance. See rental agreement for additional notes re: pet policies, including service animals.
10. Vehicles: No trailers, RVs, boats or non-standard vehicles in parking spot or street per Nashville regulations.
11. Nature and Pests: Expect bugs in the South. While we take precautions to prevent critters from entering the home, occasional encounters are inevitable.
12. Home Age: Nearly 100-years old and though renovated in 2023 there are some charming creaks and imperfections unseen in photos.
13. Smart Home/Security: Exterior camera at entry door in front & entry door at back of home (NO interior cameras). Noise decibel monitor in dining room (no audio transmission). Echo devices in living rooms and bedrooms (can be unplugged).
14. Guest Home: A separate home is located at back of property. Back patio of the back home is adjacent to this home which is at front of property. Homes/ yards divided by privacy fence. Each home has its own parking & own fenced area.
