Our cozy, craftsman style cottage is the perfect getaway by the shore! Located on a quiet street in the heart of Belmar, 5 walkable blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from Main Street. 2 Bedrooms (1 with Queen bed, 1 with 2 twins), 1 1/2 baths, with washer and dryer. Two very large seating areas, each with pull-out couches. Hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen equipped with all necessities! All linens provided. Inviting front porch to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine! Gas grill provided, although you'll want to sample some of the many restaurants Belmar has to offer!

What a great stay. The host was lovely and responsive. The house was great and 10-15 min walk to the beach. All the rooms had AC and were spacious to accomodate the family. I would love to visit again.

Great stay in Belmar

The house was comfortable. Laura was very easy to communicate with. We had a little trouble with the consistency of the Wi-Fi. The location was perfect for our vacation plans.

We stayed here with our two young children 3 times now. We love the house and the location. Close enough to both the beach and Main Street that we can easily walk to either with our kids. Communication with the owner is always great. We’ll be back again.

The location of the house was terrific. It was a quick walk to town and an easy walk to the beach. The front porch was incredible to sit on at night with the cozy outdoor furniture and string lights. The overall cleanliness of the house could have been better (dust on surfaces/under furniture, crumbs in the fridge and kitchen cabinet drawers), but other than that the stay was comfortable.

Clean and Comfortable Stay

Very clean, comfortable and lots of amenities! Host was very flexible and responsive to questions and a minor issue with automated door lock. My family (6 adults) will definitely stay here again when we visit Belmar. Thanks for the great accommodations!!

Very satisfied with our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's! We were able to walk to the beach as well as up to the main street to restaurants and stores. The neighbors were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Weekend!

House was so darn cute and cozy! The location was perfection, a convenient walk to restaurants. Loved the front porch at nighttime. Host was responsive and welcoming, we were very comfortable throughout our stay!

Great location, walkable to beach and Main Street restaurants. Front porch great for relaxing, always in shade. Would say the property is a bit more “worn” than it seems in photos. Also not super clean. Pillows stained and worn, left over food in fridge, shampoos and soap in shower, and some of serving bowls in cabinets as well as coffee pot were dirty. Maybe it was end of the season but place could use a deep clean and refresh.

Great Girls’ Weekend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our girls’ weekend! Plenty of parking in the neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, & close to so many amazing restaurants & bars! Laura was very easy to communicate with, & the house was super clean!

Perfect family vacation

Laura was so flexible and easy to communicate with. The house was walkable to the beach and there is plenty of parking. The house had everything we needed including linens and even beach towels which was awesome. The location was ideal and can’t beat it for the price. Would 100% recommend this rental. No complaints!

Comfortable, clean and relaxing!

Laura's place met all of our expectations. The layout of the house was very nice - plenty of space. Super clean. Loved the nautical touches here and there. We found it well stocked with everything that you would need. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and badges.

Another Great Stay!

This is the second year in a row my family and I stayed here. It is perfect for my two young children (3 & 7), my wife, and myself. Close enough to both the beach and to Main Street that even the 3-year-old could get to most places with us on foot. The property is lovely and the hostess is professional and communicative. We will more than likely come back next summer for a 3rd year in a row. It's the perfect little beach vacation house.

Amazing family house down the shore

The hosts were fantastic and sincere. They thought of everything. The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was charming and quiet. We woke up before sunrise and were able to easily walk the 5 blocks to Ocean Ave to watch the sun come up at the boardwalk. Adorable bakeries and restaurants and shops in Belmar. We'll be coming back for sure!

The gem of Belmar!

Laura, you rock! Truly! Everything from the start was exactly as described! Came in from Florida for a friends wedding and Laura made our stay on the Jersey shore, so perfect! I’ve stayed in many places all over the world and I have to say this was one of the best overall ,by far! Thank you for having us Laura, we will definitely be back!!

House needs love. Check in was good. The kitchen cabinets are falling off henges. There is a window a/c in every room so that makes the noise level loud. Bathrooms were okay. Queen bedroom needs a new mattress it was lumpy. All the outlets in house either are loose or painted over and unusable. I paid way too much for what I was charged. Oh and parking! Forget it. There is a driveway but guests are not allowed to use it and you must park on street if you can find a spot. The beach was great! Next time will stay elsewhere.

3rd Annual Belmar Trip

After outgrowing the previous house we rented we found this one and it didn’t disappoint! We appreciated that we could walk to town and go to dinner and that the house was still only a few minute car ride to the beach which has sand mats and playgrounds near most of the beach entrance points. I knew there were stairs based on the pictures and while manageable they were a little steep. I’ve stayed in many rental homes so I understand there are just some things you don’t know until you arrive so this is not meant as a criticism, just information for future families. Also there isn’t central air but portable units. This is shown in the photos but I missed it so I was a bit surprised to see them but the downstairs and bedrooms were very cool so it was very comfortable in the home. Overall we’d definitely consider renting again and the host was very easy to communicate with!

Adorable home in Belmar

The house was perfect. So clean and plenty of room for 6 women. Awesome porch where we spent most of our time when not at the beach. Walking distance to beach and very close to Main Street so you can walk to dinner and cocktails. We will be going again next summer.

Lovely, convenient location

Our nine-year-old thought it was basically a mansion. :) A terrific, spacious house that more than met our needs - we had some trouble managing the behind-the-house parking (our fault) but there was ample street parking, fun restaurants nearby, and the beach - a manageable walk - was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Great small home for a family beach holiday

We stayed here in late June 2022 and loved it. The neighborhood is quiet (even on Friday and Saturday nights), the home is perfect size for our four person family, the beach is a short walk away, main street another short walk, and the host was super responsive. We definitely recommend this place for others and we're considering coming back next summer as well. Cheers!

We live year round in Belmar, having moved here permanently four years ago. We cannot say enough about how much we love living at the shore. There is so much to do in Belmar, you will not be disappointed. Belmar is centrally located at the Jersey Shore. We often bike to Asbury Park, Spring Lake, and everywhere in between. Short car ride to Great Adventure for an amusement park, and Point Pleasant and Seaside Park for Boardwalk fun. The long boardwalk in Belmar is great for a morning stroll!

You will not be disappointed! Our home is decorated to make you really feel that you are at the shore. There is plenty of room for your family and friends to visit and spend some time with you.
