Beautiful Summer Rental located on Silver Lake 1 block from the beach on the north end of town. The views, the size and the location is everything you could want in a summer rental. 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths, office, dining, loft, living room with vaulted ceilings. Washer & Dryer. This is a 2nd and 3rd floor rental. Beautiful views of Ocean and Silver Lake. Take a stroll around Silver Lake which is approximately 3/4 mile. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, marina and shops. More restaurants around the corner. Large windows make the space bright and airy. Full access to backyard and separate deck area with outside dining table for 6 plus gas grill. Storage for bikes/beach chairs. Includes 6 beach badges.

Best Jersey shore vacay location

From requesting our reservation- to spending 4 days at this terrific property- to our returning home, the owner Susan was spot on with communicating with us. Her response time was the best we have experienced. Susan was very accommodating, knowledgeable of the area and supplied us with all we needed and then some. The location is excellent to the beach with lifeguards, food stand accommodating to all ages with reasonable pricing and indoor bathroom facilities. The beach provided walking paths over the sand to make it easier to walk, push or pull beach carts, wheelchairs, etc. Susan supplied us with beach buggy, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach passes. We had children under the age of 8 and the property was within easy walking distance to 2 separate playgrounds that were well kept. Parking was not an issue. Family members joined us for a day at the beach. We were able to order a high quality dinner from a local restaurant that was reasonably priced. Susan's property gave us access to back yard area with an outdoor table, chairs and an umbrella all set on a carpeted patio. A grill was available if we chose to use it. An outdoor water hose was provided to minimize the sand we would be bringing home in our suitcases. The general feeling of the neighborhood was one of individual pride as seen in the landscaping, upkeep and overall house appeal. Washer and dryer were available. The loft area was a bonus. This property and owner are definite gem for us. ty

We had a wonderful weekend at Sue's home. The location can't be beat and she is an excellent host! Highly recommend!

An amazing vacation and host

This is a place we will travel to again. What can I say other than we lucked out. The property was perfect and the host was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves. We were very close to the beach and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. There is nothing like waking up and looking out the window and seeing the beach in the mornings . We had three couples in this rental and we all had plenty of room. The host was like a concierge. She was very responsive when we reached out, providing recommendations, and went above and beyond on getting the place ready to make our trip enjoyable.

Beautiful Belmar - Had a great time

Very clean, close walk to the beach and all of Belmar. We all had an amazing time. Susan is a fantastic host - very responsive and thoughtful; she texted me with tips on restaurants and bike stores and checked in periodically to make sure all was well. Definitely recommend.

Fun time at beach

Close to Belmar Beach, place was clean, convenient and fine for a few days rather than having to rent a place for a whole week. Susan, the host, very friendly and help. Lois and Lee.

Lovely home and view

Susan (owner) was lovely, very communicative, and available for any needs we had. The house was spacious, and having 3BR/2 BA was perfect. Everyone raved about the view...we could see the lake and the ocean. It's a lovely and safe-feeling location with lots to do nearby. We would stay here again.

Fabulous stay at the Jersey Shore

The house was absolutely lovely with everything anyone could possibly want at the shore. Plenty of space, excellent air conditioning, a block and a half from the beach with plenty of beach passes, towels, chairs, etc... - really nothing missing. Susan, the host was terrific every step of the way. Very pleasant and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back. Jeff and Barb

We first came to this home in 2019 and have returned every year except once when we were too late booking! We love the location on the lake, the short walk to the beach. The host provides so many perks to make it special!

Fabulous property

Our extended family of 6 stayed at Susan’s home and it was extremely comfortable and large enough for us to spread out. Home was very clean, well equipped and only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Communication was quick and easy and Susan went out of her way to make us feel at home.

A Pleasant Stay….Comfort and Convenience Delivered!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this location through Vrbo, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The property itself was well-maintained and thoughtfully furnished. Every amenity we needed was readily available, from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious living area. The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and it was clear that the host took great care in ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. The location was also ideal, offering very convenient access to the beach and nearby restaurants . Additionally, the communication with the host was excellent. She was prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a satisfactory and delightful vacation rental. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, well-appointed amenities, and attentive host made my stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.

Belmar Beach

We enjoyed staying at this house. The host was so friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions quickly and made our stay stress free and went above and beyond. The house was more spacious than I even thought from the pictures and the views were so beautiful. We walked to dinner each night and to the beach each day. The beach and boardwalk is clean and felt safe and family friendly. We even saw dolphins two of the days and a whale! The neighborhood was so beautiful and felt like I was going to a garden tour every time I went somewhere. Parking was easy. Everything was super clean. We had six people 17 and up and we were all comfortable and slept well. I appreciate the host so much!

Perfect location

Very nice property one block from the beach. Beautiful beach views from the third floor loft. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking wasn't an issue in September but may be more difficult in high season.

Great location

We had a very nice time. Owner is very accommodating and the property is one block from the beach. Unit also comes with helps beach chairs and a four wheeled beach caddie to wheel everything to the sand. One note that the unit does not have a dishwasher.

Amazing location, clean house!

We had a wonderful time at this property! Everything was clean and as described, and Susan was available for questions as needed. Also tons of closet space and storage, which is not always the case with beach rentals! The location is perfect - a very short walk to the beach and about a half mile from all the restaurants on Main Street. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Beautiful views

We just returned from a wonderful week spent at the beach in Belmar. Our host Susan was there to welcome us and answer any questions we may have had. She left us information about the town to help us enjoy our time there. We entered the house to find a very open floor plan that helped everyone stay involved with the activities. Everything we could need was provided including beach towels, chairs and toys. There is an amazing deck with a grill in the backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
