Located in the gated Sawgrass Country Club, you will have access to a private beach that only club members enjoy. Take a walk on the white sand, check out the million dollar homes surrounding the beach or surf a few waves. Whatever you choose, you'll love that you chose to stay here.



Your experience is our #1 focus and we've filled your visit with lots of amenities and extras. Whether using the provided beach chairs and towels on the beach, hanging out at the pool, enjoying the screened in private patio, using our ultra high speed internet or vegging out watching 350+ channels on the big screen - You'll be sure to have a fun and relaxing time! We even have an electric fireplace for those cold (albeit rare) nights.



We've taken care to ensure you have every essential you need while you're here and we take priority in ensuring everything is clean and fresh for your arrival. Please be aware that the private amenities for the Sawgrass Country Club are not accessible to vacationers (golf, tennis, restaurant, etc.), but if you're having an extended stay of 1 month or more, we can help you coordinate access to these amenities if you wish. We'll also provide a list of local favorites and popular destinations upon your arrival. Property Location



Located in Ponte Vedra Beach, and just steps away from the beach. You will be in a gated community and have access to a nice boardwalk onto the beach. Our beach condo is less than 3 miles to TPC, 14 miles from UNF, 15 miles from St. Johns Town Center and 22 miles from St. Augustine.



Checkin/ Checkout



Checkin time is 4pm and checkout is 10am. There are occasions where this is flexible and if you contact us in advance we'll be sure to let you know if it's possible to check in earlier, or out later. You'll receive your access code via email and/or within your messages depending on how you booked the property.



There is a parking pass in the condo (1 orange pass and 1 static sticker). Failure to leave them in the condo will result in a $75 replacement fee, please ensure you don't take them with you!



Pets



We allow 1 small pet (under 30lbs) but charge an extra $75 cleaning fee. If booked via AIrBNB, they do not allow us to add this fee before you book so you will receive a request for this fee after booking is confirmed. Please tell us after booking that you will bring a pet. If you do not inform us you're bringing a pet to bypass the fee, there is a $150 cleaning charge that will be taken from the security deposit.



The condo is non-smoking (including the rear patio), but you do have a balcony outside the front door you can use. Any smoking in the condo will result in forfeiting the $200 of the security deposit for deep cleaning and deodorizing services.



Security Deposit: You may see a security deposit hold posted 1 day prior to arrival. This is not a charge and is only a hold. It will be released a couple days after checking out.
