We have been designated a Premier Host!!!

This unit (28) and unit 26 (directly below it ) can be rented together as there is an internal shared access door that connects the two units together to sleep larger groups up to 10 people. there is a pin pad for access to connecting the two beachfront condos together.
as long as the calendar for each unit allows.
Unit #28 is a 950 Square Ft. of Ocean Front Paradise, This Condo is in the Heart of Jax Beach!

Located on 1st Street North and 9th Ave North, Directly facing the Ocean and Pool, this 1 Bedroom, 1 bunkbed behind a divider wall with 2 twin mattresses, 2 bathroom unit sleeps up to 6 people, (10 people if you rent the lower unit at the same time) Guests can use the Queen Ikea Sleeper Sofa in the living room. It is a quiet location surrounded by lots of action just a few short blocks in either direction.
Several good Restaurants within walking distance. Margaritaville, Saltlife, Mellow Mushroom, The Refinery, Casa Marina, Mangos, The Ritz, The Brix Taphouse, Lynch's Irish Pub, just to name a few.

The condo was good. The umbrella was broken so we had no shade at the pool or the beach. I like they provided boogie boards umbrellas pool toys etc. so we were bummed when our umbrella was broken lol. We did struggle a little with the lock on the door.Easy access to the beach. And easy access to the gate. The beach view here is beautiful! We meet some nice people here. I would recommend it.

We replaced the windblown umbrella with a new one ! happens every year with the pop up momentary thunderstorms. they cant take the wind!

This property does not sleep 10, nor does our listing say that at all. It states sleeps 4. sorry you were confused. It says we have adjoining units and if you wanted to rent both units together at the same time, It could sleep 10. New sleeper sofa , new queen mattress, and new appliances. NOT outdated. Its a beach condo on the Ocean !

This was our 4th stay at this property. We have rented the down stairs unit and also the upstairs unit and they both never disappoint. the upstairs view is amazing and the convenience of the downstairs unit is awesome. couldn't ask for a better location or property. Harry is the best, he is very accommodating and easy to reach. We had the best time enjoying the pool/beach with our son, daughter in law and grandson (who live close by). It always makes our visit that much more special. We will be returning for sure!

Wonderful property! We loved the location, just steps from both the pool and the beach. The property is smaller and has gated parking, which made it feel safe, quiet, and homey. Some things are a little dated, but everything was comfortable and accurately shown in the photos so we were completely okay with it. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it felt in person. The view was perfect beautiful from the living room and kitchen. Overall, we enjoyed every second of our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Renting this condo felt like coming home. Comfortable and cozy, it had everything we needed. The smaller, older complex evokes old-time Florida charm. Located in a gated community, it offers easy walking access to many restaurants. We only stayed three nights, so we didn't explore much. Although lacking an outside patio, the living room's large picture windows and beautiful view more than compensated. We would definitely stay here again when in Jacksonville. The owner is super responsive, and my sister and I both rated our visit a perfect 10!

This is a beautiful little condo right on the beach in Jacksonville. We had a great time and the gated space added to the feeling of safety. We rented this to attend my brother-in-law’s wedding at the Casa Marina down the street and it was convenient to the venue, provided space for us to enjoy conversations with family and great access the beach for walks. If you are looking for a well-stocked and secure vacation spot, look no further than this unit. Will look to stay here again on a visit to Jacksonville Beach.

The location of the condo were perfect. I have to admit I was disappointed we didn't have a balcony- but sitting in the living room, having AC and this view was perfect. Furniture could have a little update but in reality it was also just right.

My family enjoyed a relaxing stay with an excellent view. The proximity to the beach is the main reason we chose this unit and we were not disappointed. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The proximity to restaurants and the Seawalk Pavilion was especially convenient for attending the Gator Bowl activities.My only minor criticism is that the VRBO listing shows the unit as 2 bedrooms which is a bit misleading. The description within the listing is accurate in stating this as a 1 bedroom, 1 bunkbed with twin mattresses. The bunk area is partitioned from the living room space with limited seclusion which isn't uncommon in vacation rental accommodations. Overall, we were very satisfied and will consider this property the next trip to JAX beach.

Everything went well and the location was perfect. More amenities than you can think of were available. The view was spectacular; watching the sunrise from the window was a plus! I would stay there again. (If I had one complaint, the half bathroom is extremely small. I’m 5’7” 135 pounds and it felt a bit limited in the shower and using the toilet.)

Everything was Great! All beds were Very comfortable, even the bunkbeds, and the sofa-bed in the Living Room which isn't the pull-out type with a flimsey mattress, it folds down to connect the back to the seat and I slept there!The place was Very Clean, has a Fantastic Ocean View and Pool View below, and has plenty of towels, different shampoos, a quiet washer/dryer with laundry detergent, a coffee-maker with 2 types of coffee. I'm probably missing something. Every time we looked for something it was there. Even a filtered water pitcher. A full kitchen with utensils... Parking was easy with an assigned spot and there are a few guest spots in case you have a 2nd car (not guaranteed but they were open when we were there. I contacted Harry and he was nice and responded right away.Would Love to come back...!!!
