Luxurious private suite in new community
Enjoy your private one bedroom suite with separate entrance in a brand new Lennar Next Gen home. Never worry about disturbing anyone by leaving early or coming in late because you have your own separate entrance. There's a full size washer and dryer located within the suite, a coffee maker, convection oven microwave, Directv Ultimate package on its own account so no one else can view your recordings, free Wifi, Kēvo keyless entry, and much more.
We work hard to make sure the space is extremely clean so you can stay in comfort!
We like to give our guests lots of space, but we also want to make sure you know we're available to help with absolutely anything you need.
We are a 100% smoke free, drug free, & pet free home. No smoking of any kind or any drugs, including weed, will be tolerated. Thank you for your understanding.
We're a Christian home. Our Wifi password is John3:16. Just FYI in case that bothers you.
We don't have a lot of reviews on this site yet through Vrbo, but we maintain an excellent record on another competing site and are almost always booked solid.

**** COVID-19 Update ****
We want to be extremely upfront with you on how we're handling Covid. Regarding your private suite we are increasing our sanitary efforts on our already thorough cleaning process, so the suite should be very sterile when you arrive.
As for our house, which is attached to your suite, we practice similar sanitizing efforts as well as frequently washing our hands. We do however host a bible study twice a week, so there are visitors coming and going quite often throughout the week.
You have your own entrance to the suite and technically would never have to interact or see anyone who comes and goes into our house, but we do share the same ventilation ducts so the air in the home is circulated between spaces (yours and ours).
We work hard to make sure the space is extremely clean so you can stay in comfort!

My wife and I were both born and raised in Woodland, and we have three beautiful daughters.

We purchased this home because it was a new construction, in a new community, and in a safe part of town. It was important to us to have a safe community for our kids to grow up in. We also really liked the fact that it was built by a quality builder in Lennar, so we wouldn't have to worry about things breaking down.
We purchased this specific model because of the mother-in-law suite. I love all of the flexibility and potential it allows. We can rent it out to travelers like yourself, we can use it as a very comfortable place for friends and family to stay, or when the kids are old enough, each can have an opportunity to live there as their own apartment, if they choose to. It truly is a remarkable addition to the home.

You'll love the suite because it's so private. Even though it's attached to the main house, there is a solid core door separating the two living spaces. You have your own entrance with a paved walkway and landscape so you definitely get the feel of it being your own condo or apartment. The TV is a smart tv with access to your favorite apps (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc) so you don't have to worry about missing any of your favorite shows!
